The NecroTech Countermeasure Squad is a special security unit belonging to NecroTech. Consisting of all human character classes, it has proven to be an effective weapon against the infection. The NTCS is based in Spicer Hills, but operates in several suburbs.

As soon as the incident was reported to the NecroTech headquarters, the Countermeasure Squad was sent into Malton in an attempt to avoid collateral damage. The team arrived too late to stop the infection, they now fight to keep it contained.

Goals

The groups goals are to:

  • Defend the suburb of Spicer Hills
  • Eliminate zombie numbers that threaten the safety of the people
  • Eliminate player killers
  • Conduct first aid of the wounded
  • Revive fallen citizens

My first scouting report of Spicer Hills in the new year shows no zombies in the suburb and a total of 4 on the outskirts.
The NTCS will become active again at the start of 2008.
The NTCS has gained a new ally, Spicer Hills Assault/Recon/Tactical.

The NTCS has undergone restructuring recently, the squads have been replaced by a rank system. The new structure offers the ability to easily expand.

A new operation is scheduled for the beginning of the New Year.
Our involvement in Operation Alamo is over. Iocaine Powder members have been spotted in Spicer.
Operation Bullseye has been declared a success. NTCS forces are being redeployed back to Spicer Hills for some well deserved R and R. All allies are encouraged to meet at the MacVicar Arms [20, 91] tomorrow to drink to our success.
Operation Blackwatch has been declared a success. The Dartside situation has improved recently, but there are still hordes of zombies at some of the hospitals and other key buildings.

Revive Points

The NTCS currently operates a revive point at Dyer Park [22, 92] in the northern part of Spicer Hills. It is recommended that all zombies awaiting revivification use the DEM Revive Request Tool and include a revivification request in their profile descriptions.

Barricade Plan

The NTCS actively enforces the official Spicer Hills barricade plan (viewable here) and participated in its creation.
