- OK, so let me jot this down...
- Colored background: Any specific colors you have in mind?
- Images: I'm assuming you wish to use the images on the Fallout wikia? Is so, I would highly recommend editing the images a bit so it won't break UDWiki's copyright policies.
- Group box: Do you wish to use the default colors on Template:Groupbox or use your own colors?

- OK, I've created a sample for you to take a look at in my Sandbox. See if you like it or not, and let me know if you want to change anything. If everything is good, I'll go ahead and copy and paste everything onto the group page. - Well, I'm pretty sure you've covered all the defensive skills there. If you need help wording it, how about: "Each member are required to have at least one defensive skill (Diagnosis, Lab Experience, First Aid, or Construction)." Note that I didn't add Surgery since it requires you to obtain First Aid first. As for other rules, may I suggest looking at the rules on the pages of other groups? You might actually get a pretty good idea about what rules to include. A nice example would be Order of the Black Rose. - My Sandbox has a sample advert for you to look at. If it is to your liking, first copy and paste everything to Followers of the Apocalypse/recruit. For your image, the first step is to upload them. You can do that by going to Special:Upload. You will always have a link to the upload page regardless of what page you're viewing on the wiki. All you need to do is look for "Upload file" underneath "toolbox" in the sidebar that you can see on the left of the screen.
