The Lax Cinema was built in the late 1920s before the Great Depression. Many of the classic films of that era where shown here. It had two large screens and could seat a total of about two hundred people. The Cinema was closed shortly before the outbreak due to the opening of the larger and more modern Moorse Cinema.
Humans and zombies alike will see the following (permanent) description when standing outside the building:
"You are standing outside Lax Cinema, a fire-damaged grey-stone building with a curved roof."
Such a description is always followed by a report of the building's condition (e.g. the level of its barricades), but since that report is never permanent and always subject to change, it is redundant to include it here as well.
According to the current Dentonside Barricade Plan this building is to be kept at EHB levels!
This building is under the protection of the Dentonside Regulars. This building is a strategic point that must be held to allow for movement through the suburb.
- Watchout for Zombies moving around the city
- Dentonside Regulars are recruiting
- Keep this building EHB
