Repair Generator/Radio Transmitter

Suggestion description I've noticed that sometimes a generator or transmitter can be damaged by player or zombie attacks and felt that if a player can repair building damage..why not repair generators and transmitters. TO be successful a player must have the construction skill, a wrench as a tool, and the skill repair generators & transmitters.
