DHPD Criminal Code

Due to the current State of Emergency existing within the City of Malton and subsequent to the declaration of Martial Law, the following crimes are punishable by summary execution within the greater Dunell Hills area:

1.Assault upon a DHPD officer.

2.Murder of a DHPD officer.

3.Destruction of municipal property i.e. barricades and generators unless just cause can be determined.

4.Vagrancy in a DHPD revive point with no desire to be revived. (Edit:Former members of the Veterans of Fort Creedy are exempt.)

5.Impersonating an officer of the Dunell Hills Police Department with the intent to mislead, defame or malign others against said organization.

6.Assault upon a DHPD Ally without provocation.

7.Through use of in-game speach, broadcast, or message the deliberate assault upon a survivor of a nature to be found egregiously offensive. i.e. sexualy explicit or racist in nature.

8.Assembling for the intent to commit any of the above.

9.Conspiracy to commit/aiding and abetting any of the above.

10.The Possession of Neil Diamond or Barry Manilow Records.

Please Note that The DHPD does not condone, nor support the Killing of other Survivors for such actions as "being a Zombie Spy" or being affiliated with a Zed organization, unless it can be PROVEN that an individual was responsible for one of the crimes listed above.

As of 12 Feb 2006: All Warrants must include the reporting officers name and a date stamp. All warrants will be reviewed after 45 days. The individual identified in the warrant will be removed from the Most Wanted List subsequent to one of the following: the warrant being served by a DHPD officer; a sincere expression of remorse (usually an apology delivered to the victim in-game with evidence provided) and no evidence of further crimes being committed; evidence that the individual has removed themselves from the greater Dunell Hills area with no intent to return.

Criminal Code Oversight

These personnel are in charge of maintaining the criminal code and following up on Warrants. Note that these personnel are authorized to remove subjects from Most Wanted status or add them. These personnel are also empowered to hear comments or complaints from the public regarding the Most Wanted List.

The Following individuals are guilty of Impersonating a DHPD officer while commiting an offense that may cause others to view the department in a negative light. Typically PKers, these individuals are to be sought out and terminated with extreme prejiduce.

As of 12 Feb 2006: All Warrants must include the Originating officers name and a date stamp. All warrants will be reviewed after 30 days. The individual listed in the warrant will be removed if either an act of contrition (Usually an apology) or evidence that the individual has removed themselves from the Dunell Hills sphere of influence on a permanent basis.

07:20, 22 Feb 2006 (GMT) - Certain Zeds who have departed Dunell Hills have been removed. nondescript apears to have no purpose other than to destroy generators at DHPD locations. Our Top five now consist of Individuals that seem to have made their purpose in life to violate the sanctity of Dunell Hills. Please be on the Lookout for people posing as members of the DHPD. If you observe a Survivor on Survivor Death, check the profile. If it misleads someone into thinking they acted on behalf of the DHPD, issue a warrant and take them out ASAP.

As of 18 Mar 2006 The Most wanted list has been broken down into Two categories and Five subcategories.
