Penny Heights is a suburb of Malton, located in the southeast of the city. Penny Heights contains the northern half of Joachim Mall and the smallest (two-square) mall in Malton, Lumber Mall.

	NecroWatch
	NecroWatch reported in from the Rothwell Building. The scan revealed 42 zombies within the scanning range of the facility. 4 dead at the door of RothwellNT, but 10 are at the doors of CraddyNT! West Penny Heights and Joachim mall seem to be under zombie attack at this time. One corner of the mall is breached, and barricades are falling on the surrounding blocks. Asheets 21:56, 4 August 2009 (BST)

There are at least 30 people in Penny Heights. Groups seem dysfunctional, due to lack of a zed presence, and many safe houses. A lot of "in-fighting" is occurring between the groups in this area. -Poodle of doom 22:31, 2 August 2009 (BST)
