The Special Tactics and Rescue Service are successors of The Special Tactics and Rescue Squad (Please, try not to get mixed up between the two groups). Led by John Killah, and the Board of Commanders, they are currently protecting East Grayside in the place of the old STARS.

The New STARS is currently forming from the ashes of the old Special Tactics and Rescue Squad. The group currently, really, doesn't have any history. That's why this bit is brief.

Board of Commanders

Central to any group, is command. Without a leader, a group is just anarchy. The Board of Commanders is STARS's Central Authority, setting down what members can't do, can do and just there to guide the way.

Currently, the BoC consists of -

• John Killah - Supreme Commander In Chief - Overal Kick-Ass guy, General Commander of Alpha and Bravo Teams. Interm Diplomat and Forum Admin.

The Board

• Kewabara - The 2nd in Command - General Commander - The Right Hand of STARS, Also Forum Admin and Maintainer, Interm Diplomat.

• Linda Milley - The BoC Representative - Secretary Commander - She basically is the spokesperson for the Boards decisions. She also runs the groups Black-Ops Team ... when it's Operational. Also a Professional Ball-Remover

• TheLeader - Forces Commander - Commander of STARS Alpha Team

• XMegaDeathX - Forces Commander - Commander of STARS Bravo Team

• Hakimaru - Forces Commander - Commander of STARS Charlie Team

• Leon Kennedy 454 - Non-Commanding Officer - Leon is basically like the deputy of the groups. If TheLeader, XMegaDeathX or Hakimaru can't command their squads for a certain length of time, they will enter a periodic command of Leon, until their respective commander returns. Also, if John is away, and Kewabara can't fill, Leon will be left in charge with the rest of the BoC as his equals.
