So, how's business with the RRF taking all your fun? Apocalyptic doom 04:13, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
It's all good. We've gotten to eat plenty of the local survivors, and the place looks really good in that uniform dark grey. We welcome visiting hordes, because with our small numbers (and as the only organised zombie group in K'bank) we have no chance of ruining the suburb on our own. When hordes appear, we just try to guide them to nourishing buildings by feeding groans. How's Ebbutt Road? Good revive rates? Billy Forks 12:05, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

Cool idea

I like this idea. It would be fascinating to see if a larger group could form and keep as large an area as possible ruined; possibly keep a mall or a mansion down, or even an entire area of a usually-green suburb. The RRF, for one, has had a lot of success keeping Ridleybank red for nearly the entire history of the game, but I wonder how well that would work in a historically safe suburb.

Oh well, I'm just rambling now. Good luck with your group. --Pestolence(talk) 02:28, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, it's going well at the moment - we've got onto the stats page, and that's enough zombies to make our immediate area quite dangerous. We're still actively recruiting, and we have some new ideas to try out in the new year. Watch this space! Billy Forks 10:28, 19 December 2008 (UTC)
I quite like Pestolence's idea-imagine if a horde like yours sprung up in Dulson-a survivor stronghold for nearly the whole history of the game? Linkthewindow  Talk  10:33, 19 December 2008 (UTC)
I've only been around for a year (nearly) but Kempsterbank has been green or yellow for most of the time, I think. We're near enough the centre for big hordes to come and stir things up from time to time, which probably happens less often in Dulston (a place I don't know at all really). I originally planned to set up shop at Bromley Auto Repair in Pitneybank, and made a character to do so, when I got in to an argument as Billy Forks. I think it's worked better this way - the level of passing traffic and the strategic importance of Bromley AR would have made it nearly impossible to establish a group. Billy Forks 15:15, 19 December 2008 (UTC)
Indeed...Kempsterbank was about as boring a suburb as Dulston, whenever I'd visited it. And Dulston already has Infected Swarm and Hel's Daughters dedicated to making it a bit less safe...the poor south had nothing. ;) Very much like the NE, this middle-southern region was a place absolutely crying out for a devoted zombie group. --MillaD 16:07, 19 December 2008 (UTC)
That's true, I wasn't saying that Dulson didn't have any zombie groups. However, a group like yours (dedicated to holding a specific location,) could make things a bit interesting-even if you took out one of the southern hospitals, then that could start to annoy the DA, which keeps Dulson quite safe most of the time. Recruitment Ad

Stop hand.png Recruitment
Your ad has been removed from the Recruitment page because of rules violation, specifically your image is too large. There is a guide here. Please re-add it if you are still active and recruiting.

I'm sorry, but the image (header) in your ad is larger than 76,000 pixels. I've hidden your ad on the recruitment page. Feel free to correct the problem and repost it. Thanks! --Lois talk 10MFH 11:59, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

The image is fine, there's scaling code in the recruitment ad itself. Billy Forks 12:32, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
Your scaling code gives the ad a width of 550px. The dimensions are 550px by 175px or 96,250 pixels. The rules state: "Images are limited to a total of 76,000 pixels, which allows 275 pixels square, or a similar area (multiple images that total under this size are allowed)." You need to adjust the scaling so that the image conforms with the requirements.--Lois talk 10MFH 12:51, 10 March 2009 (UTC)

SFHNAS Status Map

Hey Billy,

What do you think about putting something like this on the SFHNAS page:SFHNAS Status Map? We might want to check with MOB, as I ripped some of it from the MOB/Locator page.--Twiceshy 19:22, 3 May 2009 (BST)

Hmm. maybe not the whole suburb, but maybe. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 19:25, 3 May 2009 (BST)
Maybe a 3x3 or 4x4 radius around St. Ferreol's? Also, if I may make a suggestion, replace the word statuses ("dark", "ruined", etc.) with colors and add a key, like in the map on this page. --Pestolence(talk) 20:13, 3 May 2009 (BST)
I like those ideas! I will work on that, but I may swiftly exceed my wiki skill set!--Twiceshy 20:44, 3 May 2009 (BST)
Good luck! I will try to help out if you need my help, however Ross may be the one to ask for help as he is more experienced with coding than I am. --Pestolence(talk) 01:05, 4 May 2009 (BST)
