I am pleased to represent General Aaron and his loyal military force helping to stop those terrible and evil Monsters from leaving Malton. I understand that many people dislike his methods, but he knows what he is doing. He is skilled in this sort of combat situation, and if it wasn't for him, this entire nation would be overrun by now.
General Aaron has many enemies, who dislike him for what he is doing. Several of these enemies has been linked to Ex Mortis and DNR, terrorists who are taking advantage of the situation to cause chaos and misery...and who may be working with the Zombies as well. One of these enemies is Marshall Bradwell. He is considered to be one of the foremost reporters of the Malton Times, having written many award-winning articles, and styling himself as a "investigative journalist"...a fancy term for someone who lies for a living. He was the man, as you may remember, that is responsible for the false accusations of arms smuggling in Fort Creedy. We have refuted those allegations, and yet they still pop up. Why would we illegally sell weapons...when they are no weapons in the fort to begin with? Check our Training Budget, and you'll see for sure that there were never any weapons whatsoever at Fort Creedy!
Now, we are not worried about mere tabloid journalists out to peddle some paper for a cheap buck...but General Aaron was rightfully angry when it was revealed that the three-man rule was suspended after the Malton Outbreaks. That information was not supposed to have been known to the general public. It was supposed to be known to nobody, expect those in highest levels of the military...I understand that has caused a public outcry, and has made you guys very mad indeed, but let me explain. In an emergency, three senior military officers must agree for a tactical strike to occur. It is unfortunate that two of the senior military officers died and joined with the Zombies. Hence, General Aaron is the only surviving senior military officer, and is forced to formally suspend the three-man rule. He informally follows the rule however, consulting me and another loyal fighter (who's name is classified, for security reasons) on decisions.
Sorry for going off-track, back to the subject at hand. Bradwell has endangered the lives of countless men by revealing tactics that the Military is doing to help suppress the Outbreaks. He has caused unneeded panic and attracted unwarranted attention at our commanders. We're trying to save your life here, for crying out loud! When you accuse us of doing wrong, you are causing tension and turning Humans against each other, when we should be turning our guns against the Zombies.
After the information was leaked, we were ordered to arrest Marshall Bradwell, to prevent more leaks from occurring, and to determine how Bradwell gained this information. Thanks to the help of a task force known as the Omega Squadron, we were able to locate Bradwell at Ackland Mall and subdue him. During interrogation, he admitted that he was paid by some strange organization known as VERT, to leak information and try to frame our military for various crimes, to get you guys to doubt and turn against us. We do not know anything else about this organization, but we suspect that they are responsible for the Outbreaks. We shall investigate further.
It is most unfortunate that Marshall Bradwell is not alive today, so that we may have figured out the extent of his treason against humanity in general.--ShadowScope 21:05, 26 May 2006 (BST)
