Zombies almost always check inside. Some are often used as literal fortresses, and are sometimes so heavily barricaded that it is impossible to enter without Free Running. Tagging a police station earns 2 XP. They are listed as a Tactical Resource Point. Police Stations can be barricaded normally.

Sillence Walk Police Department is a much fought over police department, being both the only PD in Jensentown and on the border with Dakerstown.

History

Pre-Malton Outbreak

This PD spent time as a landmark for the original quarantine of the city; it was to serve as the northwest corner of the zone until someone decided that adding three blocks north and ten west would allow the quarantine zone to encompass more hospitals and Police Departments. It was decided that the corner would move to Bird Boulevard in order to accommodate more resources. Sillence Walk Police Department was used as a FOB (Forward Operating Base) for the army until the outbreak reached the area. After a major gun battle, the army retreated, the PD was deserted, and the quarantine wall was finished, forever trapping this building inside Malton.

Post-Malton Outbreak

8/07/12 Currently at EHB+, has a powered generator and survivors inside. Almost no zeds in the area. Any survivors in need of shelter and with the free-running skill, feel free to enter through the near-by St Ansgars Hospital and Dickason Towers.

11/25/07 I retook the PD just now. It is secure at VSB++ I amm going to cade it to EHB as any of the destroyed buildings can be used to enter. Survivors welcome to help secure the building. --Mr NoName001 05:33, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
