Events

Tuesday April 29, 2008: The church was the scene for Malton's first ever Human to Zombie wedding (Bride and Groom's names withheld for privacy). Guests brought artifacts from the four corners of Malton and were entertained by an ancient Etruscan style gladiator fight. Sunday June 17, 2007: A sermon was held to bless the Hunters and the Runners in the first VZW Malton Running Man Competition. Immediately after the sermon on the front steps, the Running Man was fitted with an explosive GPS collar. Participants in the competition and spectators were asked to refrain from causing any loud noises during the fitting of the collar. (Note that additional sermons will be held the day prior to each new Running Man start.) The sermon can be listened to on the official radio frequency of the Running Man Competition, 28.76.

History

St. Ethelbert's Church has long been the Top Secret HQ of Team Laser Explosion, manned constantly for the preservation of order in the suburb of Edgecombe.
