Oh dear, more unfair dupe votes.

This is not a dupe. The previous suggestion was to show you a snapshot of what your location looked like before you ran out of AP. This one is to show you the current state whenever you refresh, even if you are out of AP. --Explodey 15:38, 6 June 2008 (BST)

Semantics, my friend. In both cases the player can do nothing ingame anyway, so it's rather pointless to allow them to constantly see what's happening after they run out of AP. Think of it as a continue/game-over screen in an arcade: unless you get more credits (in UD terms, AP), then you're not getting any further. --Aeon17x 16:02, 6 June 2008 (BST)

I think Dupe is badly named, as it clearly stands for "duplicate", but is used here often as "close enough to not bother having something almost the same". The linked to suggestion does make mention of various options, and also (handily) notes the same concerns voiced by the Kill voters this time around. If it bothers you too much, then edit the "notes" section of the Peer Reviewed version to link back to this one, and it's already vice versa due to the dupe linkages, thus allowing [He Who Shalt Not Be Named] maximum transparency when viewing the various suggestions on offer.
