Requests an Audiance

I have been dispatched to this area, because it has come to The Grand Councils attention that Paladin Mictlantacuhtli has misunderstood orders given to him.

There was a time when The DHM's HQ was in SLPD, then a Huge wave of Zeds can in forcing us out. Many of the men left never to be seen from again. Paladin Mictlantacuhtli's Squad was the first in this area to regroup, and he was given orders to retake our HQ at all costs; we intended for him to take back the building against the Zeds at all cost. It seems he thought he was ordered to wipe-out anything that stood in the way.

It is my wish to come to an understanding and sign a cease-fire with you.
