Mall Tour '07
If reports are to be believed, survivors currently outnumber zombies. We need more active survivors and revivers, though. Anyone who can revive is advised to get to Went, defend it, and start setting up a rez point. If we lost NT, there's no way we'll be able to hold out indefinitely.--HereticSoul 11:37, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
- Most of people use Anstruther Alley, although Yeoman Park is a better RevPoint strategically Revivers are advised to check both --Duke Garland 15:12, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
- Accounts say there are too many rotters and tourers and Anstruther, advise setting up official point at Yeoman. --HereticSoul 18:17, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
As of the posted date, the NE and NW sections of the mall has been breached by the Ridley Liberation Front of Zombies. Surivors are streaming out and many are making a last stand before escaping. -- Kschang 17:11, 7 Oct 2005 (BST)
- Survivors who decide to flee the mall are advised to flee east, to Roftwood, where they could help the survivor groups in clearing the suburb and then launch a counter-attack to recapture Stanbury Village. The factory [63,55] in Roftwood next to the Summer Building is an entry point that is kept barricaded very strongly, from it it's possible to access the Hildebrand Mall and nearby key buildings. -- Rani 16:06, 3 Jan 2006 (GMT)
- But please, don't flee. If you read EVERY SINGLE BATTLE PAGE EVER, the reason survivors won or lost was numbers. Just having your warm body in the NT or mall will allow us to hold it easier. Nalikill 14:08, 3 June 2007 (BST)
LUE/June 27, 2007
June 27, 2007
We can confirm that this is indeed the same horde that sieged Ackland Mall for two days (culminating in the final expulsion of Ackland Defense forces on June 23rd). As evidenced by the incredible speed with which Nichols was overrun, it seems fair to say that the warnings of LUE being a "Shacknews-class" horde are not overrated. Ackland analysts are of the opinion that absolutely no mall in Malton is safe from a horde this organized. Tarumigan
- With RRF providing veteran strike teams and LUE providing their unstoppable numbers, this one-two punch will indeed be hard to stop. IyandaCloud
- LUE - according to game stats 348 members and average level 4. Looks like zerging --Duke GarlandTLCD SSZ 10:35, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- And I suppose all the other Yahooian newbies are zergs too? Try reading their Wiki Page first. Mrhton 11:30, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- LUE isn't zerging, they're from a huge private forum community with over 17,000 users. --IyandaCloud
- Hey! Welcome to last week's speculation Duke Garland, you're a little late. LUE has already been proven to NOT be zergers. Grab a raft and ride the LUE wave as they help return the apocalypse to this zombie apocalypse game.--DonTickles 15:34, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- Jesus. I'm so sorry that we're disrupting your little game of Urban Life, there, Duke. Meh. --Vito Mortis 15:46, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- Disrupting? Not at all, you're overestimating yourself. As for proves, DonTickles, refer to the source, please--Duke GarlandTLCD SSZ 16:56, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- Well you sure act like somebody who's had their routine disrupted, there, Duke. And what is "refer to the source" supposed to mean? I have a suggestion for you: refer it to Kevan. Then when he gives you your answer, come back and apologize for slandering other players with zero evidence to support your outrageous lies. LUE is a 17,000-strong message board. For us to get ~350 users is not that big a deal. In fact, I expect it will top off over 400. And yes, they're all new, so yes, they're all going to be low level. Nothing shady about it. The burden of proof lies with the guy making the accusation. Put up, or shut up, Duke.--McTrout 22:21, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- I'm surprised to see that you thought i was offensive, while i wasn't. You might not understand it, but i do apreciate and respect the work of the group. But, now you do offend me for no reason. Anyway, back to reference - DonTickles said has already been proven and i've asked about the source on which this sentence is based. --Duke GarlandTLCD SSZ 22:32, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- I offend you? Hey, you're the guy levelling the accusation you have zero hope of proving (seriously, I want you to go to Kevan. Publicly. I dare you, in fact. Make my day.) against the group I motivated to create all these accounts. If I thought cheating would be an issue I wouldn't have done it; I've way too much respect and fondness for this game. I've offended you? Good, that means you know how I feel. You're the one calling me and mine cheaters, with zero evidence to back your claim, and then having the trashy gall to say you "weren't offensive." --McTrout 23:04, 28 June 2007 (BST)

- I thought you had to prove guilt, considering it is almost impossible to prove innocence, especially in this type of case. Anyway both sides need to stop this. And why the hell did he name the new section the way he did, I'm changing it.
- I maintain the previous title was more accurate and showed remarkable foresight, but fine, if you must.-Insomniac By Choice 23:21, 28 June 2007 (BST)

- McTrout, LUE was a massive group that appeared out of nowhere and has an average level of 4, you're going to get people accusing you of zerging, although I don't know why anyone would ever make that many zergs. Duke isn't the first person to suspect it and he probably won't be the last.
- Duke, not every big group that appears from nowhere is made of zergs, not every big group is made of zergs, not every low level group is made of zergs. Is it too much to be able to believe this many users can come from one site, have you forgotten of Yahoomas so soon. If their board really does have 17,000 users, and according to this they do, then 300 some users isn't that many.--karek 22:39, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- I know it's true, but that doesn't mean I'm not entitled to resent it, now, does it? How long til it stops? When we're all level 20? When we finally get sick of it and quit? This is just another reason why successful hordes don't stick around - whining, crying survivors for whom 60% of the playerbase just isn't enough. I know the validity of what you are saying, and it's sound wisdom. Just really hard to accept when it's you on the receiving end, y'know? --McTrout 23:04, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- It goes away eventually in most cases, it's just a matter of whether or not you last long enough to see it stop.--karek 23:07, 28 June 2007 (BST)
- Of course, once it goes away, it's just replaced with accusations of spying, insistence that ?rise is an exploit/botting, etc... typical harman bullshit.
- Grats on making Nichols your collective bitch and that damned quickly. Y'all don't have to live up to any comparisons, you're already demonstrating yourselves to be scarily formidable in your own right. Keep on being your ravenous young selves and making the gutters run red with blood. --Mold 04:27, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- Well, my apologizes, if what i said in beginning did sound offensive, once again, i didn't mean it to be so. I'm glad you understand what brought the suspicion. There were also concerns that Lueshi's Undead/Luelinks survivors didn't get so huge boost (or that is not from your board?). As for "hurr, hurr, harmanz", just FYI, it's damn funny to hear myself called a human-alignment player. --Duke GarlandTLCD SSZ 08:42, 29 June 2007 (BST)
- GameFAQs.com has, oh, I don't know, 75,000 individual boards, maybe? And several hundred thousand users. There's probably 8,000 users browsing it right this second. LUE is just one board; it has 17,000 users registered to it. LL is a spinoff (not associated with GameFAQs); it has about 10,000 users. Neither is getting any larger. LL also moves at 4x the pace of LUE, so organization for them is MUCH more difficult than it is for LUE. All of that adds up to "of course they didn't have this kind of a turnout." And hey, if you don't like being labelled human-centric, don't sound like all the other wanks. I'm sorry, but that is how it is; generally the people we hear talking the way you were are the ones who're losing their minds because we just 'sacked their mall in no time at all. People don't want to think that they got their ass handed to them within the laws of the game; delicate egos get bruised. They want it to be that we had to cheat to do what we did. Sour grapes make for bitter wine. You sounded just like them. Maybe you aren't, and that's great, but that's how you read. Sorry if it doesn't apply to you. And yeah, the insinuation did come off as offensive, even if not intended that way. No hard feelings. --McTrout 17:52, 29 June 2007 (BST)

Humans are always the funniest when they don't know what they're talking about. Thanks for providing me with many belly laughs, Duke. - Brona 22:54, 28 June 2007 (BST)

LUE, Part 2
Too much drama under previous header. So, how about them zombies? --McTrout 16:40, 25 July 2007 (BST)
Where's the mall logo gone?
Has someone deleted it? the alt image is still there.
:(

- Looks like someone erased it. I still have the original copy that I used to make the alt, so I uploaded that one.--Zombie Lord 22:11, 12 April 2008 (BST)
