Talk:Roywood Barricade Plan
Looking at the Barricade policy for this suburb, it seems to be poorly designed. Many key buildings (NT, Hospital, Police Dept, Auto Repair, Factory) have been designated VSB, whilst there are plenty of nothing buildings next door that are EHB. This plan should be revamped. Conforming with the Uniform Barricading Policy would be simple and much better! How do I go about getting it improved? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Zimaphraym (talk • contribs) 26 January 2011.
- Discussing changes here is the correct approach. You can always add a notice to the Recent News section of the suburb in order to wrangle in any users who are paying attention to the suburb, as I've just done. Some suburbs are more closely watched by survivors that others. So if you find that no one is interested in discussing changes, take it upon yourself to improve the wiki and update the barricade plan accordingly. The Uniform Barricading Policy is a widely accepted rationale, and you would likely encounter little resistance designating various entry points accordingly. Getting survivors to abide by the plan is quite another hurdle though. Good luck =) --GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 10:14, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
We need to keep some TRPs at VSB so low-level survivors without free running can access them. This is especially important for police stations and hospitals as bullets and FAKs are a good way for them to gain XP. ~~ Chief Seagull ~~ talk 13:39, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
Yep I definitely take the point on having some hospital / police dept VSB for leveling starters without free running. However I still feel Roywood has sub optimal design. I'll review the UBP and come up with some suggestions. Zimaphraym 08:22, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
