Talk:Southall Mansion
Page Style
Hey-o, chaps. In the interest of making this page as spiffy as possible, and keeping those Pitman curs in their place, I've whipped up a mock-up of the Southall wiki page that I'd like to implement to make the page as appealing as possible. I realize that several people have in interest in the Southall wiki page, though, so I'm posting here first to fish for objections or suggestions. So, what do you think? -- CITIZEN VI 18:15, 9 November 2008 (UTC)
- Meeting no contest, I've gone ahead and changed it. -- CITIZEN VI04:01, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
- I like it, it's could be seen as very PK though, we'll see what ULC thinks.--xoxo 04:31, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
- That was my main worry. I think I'll mess around with the colours a bit to remedy that. A little more grey and green, perhaps? -- CITIZEN VI 14:51, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah fix the colour scheme and remove the top banner which makes southall seem like a PK subpage and we'll see.--xoxo 22:37, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
- Right, how's this? (I've kept the title banner because I think it fits nicely and, in its new, edited state, is not particularly Philosophe-esk. N.B. Make sure to refresh your browser if the banner is still parchment-coloured.) -- CITIZEN VI 03:09, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Changes
Due to the dispute and the continuing avoidance of the issue by the Upper Left Corner representatives, including the currently running arbitration case concerning this page, I have removed all flavour text from this page and rendered it as a basic location entry.
Well done to the ULC for forcing this. -- . . <== DDR Approved Editor 17:35, 4 September 2008 (BST)
- Anytime... Still bawwing? -S Aline 23:25, 22 September 2008 (BST)
- Excuse me, please explain. I'm in the middle of running Extinction off the wiki and attempting to stop DEM from taking over. Please be more precise when saying something. -- . . <== DDR Approved Editor 02:44, 23 September 2008 (BST)
Revive Point?
What is the reasoning behind adding the designated revive point template to this page? I have seen no evidence on the wiki or in game supporting this assumption, which is odd because I have been monitoring Southall Mansion in both places. Considering the fact that the user who added the template does not have a wiki page and that the UD member himself is a member of a zombie group, I'm going to assume that he is up to no good and in the next few days I will take the liberty of removing the template, unless there are any objections. -- CITIZEN VI 04:25, 11 September 2008 (BST)
- You're right. Southall Mansion is not a revive point, though there is one nearby. -S Aline 23:25, 22 September 2008 (BST)
ULC
Apparently this needs spelling out as certain people can't actually grasp wiki definitions. Any case entered on the Arbitration page is regarded as an open case. The Order of Philosophe Knights opened this case in a good faith attempt to maintain community cohesion on this wiki. Precedent shows that all disputed edits should be removed until the arbitration case has been resolved. I will therefore continue to remove controversial and content against consensus until this case is over.
The edit history shows that the ULC representative has been made aware of the case and issue. Continued attempts to go against established wiki process will result in the page being protected and the user in question referred to Vandal Banning for escalation.
I doubt this will actually mean anything, as the ULC representative in question can't even distinguish between two different users.

- Actually, Iscariot, that message on my Talk page is in response to my own message to Sarah on her talk page. She has a habit of deleting the messages she's read, I guess, so I don't blame you for not realizing what she was talking about. I also directed her to this post of yours. --DTPK 04:12, 26 September 2008 (BST)
- Deleting comments left on my own talk page is hardly vandalism. -S Aline 04:53, 26 September 2008 (BST)
Mansion images
Hey, great job to whoever added the mansion images. They are quite admirable. -- CITIZEN VI 02:22, 2 October 2008 (BST)
