New GPS function

At the moment the whole GPS thing is useless.

Everyone can use maps to find thier co-ordinates so it's really just dead weight.

I suggest that it should show your co-ordinates and building name when your asleep.

Well some people are gonna say "how are you gonna tell that when your asleep?" ... how do you tell what suburb your in when your asleep? (exactly.)

Zombies should also be able to use GPS in the same way as humans.

  1. Kill - As I said in discussion, you'd have to allow GPS to work for zombies as well to get my vote. If GPS is so useless, this won't cause any harm. Besides, how does a zombie know what suburb they are in, or the name of the building they are in front of? (Exactly.) Anyhow, I doubt Kevan would ever implement this; the whole point of the "sleep screen" is likely to keep the server from having to do any extra work figuring out what inventory items your character has, etc. --Seb_Wiers Skull n syringes.gif VeM 00:38, 1 May 2007 (BST)
