The Harper Building
Description
History
An unassuming office building, dating back to the late 20th century.
After the outbreak, most of the Dunningwood inhabitants were evacuated, including all personnell and residents of the Harper Building.
Some soldiers were left behind when the border was built, and together with several inhabitants who refused to leave their neighborhood they barricaded themselves in several buildings around Dunningwood, including the Harper Building.
Only a few months in, they were overrun by the Drunken Dead zombie hordes. Interventions by the Dunningwood Warriors and the Devenish Rangers came too late and by the time the U.S. ARMY INFANTRY arrived on the scene, there was nothing but a destroyed office and a pile of blood and gore to be found.
None of that first group survived and the only ones who got back up again now roam the streets as mindless zombies...
Barricade Policy
This building should be kept Extremely Heavy Barricaded at all times, in accordance to the Dunningwood Barricade Plan. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors, and thus requires the Free Running skill to be properly utilized. Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any survivors present at that time. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labeled a zombie spy/death cultist and be judged accordingly.
