Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Description

A moderately tall commercial building for it's day, the Art Deco styling of stainless steel, glass and idealized sculpture makes it seem a bit dated today. It is an excellent example of the optimistic humanism of the late 1920s. The winged archangel sculptures remain atop the building's roof corners, but now look down on empty courtyards that once bustled with office workers and professionals.

The Wyke Hills Barricade Plan states that this building is to remain extremely heavily barricaded.
