Airborne88 Vs TerminalFailure

I appeal to the wiki community to assist me in resolving my current conflict with the user known as TerminalFailure. He has been launching a smear campaign against me aimed at lowering my credibility amongst my fellow authors on the UD wiki. I further that my credibility on the UD wiki is already low enough without his false accusations.

I have tried time and time again to resolve these issues in a mature and rational manner. However, TerminalFailure has refused to listen to reason. Instead he follows me around and slanders me in public areas. He makes false statements and lies. He accuses me of creating pages that I have not made. I believe that he is nothing more than a bully. I am a new user to the wiki, and I refuse to be pushed around anymore by TerminalFailure. I believe his actions are totally unacceptable wiki behavior. I ask that you hear my case. I have full documentation as well as evidence to support my claims.

Additionally, I have tried repeatedly to get him to conform to the current wiki policy on formatting of edits which he simply ignores (Particularly failure to indent). His breaking of format is very annoying. It makes it very hard to follow conversations and sets a bad example for new users who may think that his actions are appropriate.

(Update) Terminal Failure has reviewed the page history of Red Bum and realized I am not the author of the page. He has said that he was sorry and corrected his posts on the pages in question. I am satisfied that he taken the appropriate steps to resolve this situation to my satisfaction. So long as there is no repeat I am willing to withdraw my case. I am sorry for taking up your time.

• As for the charges of failing to properly indent edits: I do not feel as though I am directly effected by these actions and they are not enough of a reason to lay charges. Though I may not agree with his editing format, I do not believe it is my place to cause a scene over it.

So far he has failed to make all of the proper corrections to his posts, I am assuming this is in part to his current overwhelming legal issues. The Red Bum page (one of the most direct attacks) is so far uncorrected. There are the remarks of being "a moron who will not read this post or admit to it" which too is obviously false as I have a case present here in regards to it. On the Talk:R.A.P.I.S.T page I am accused of being a "hypocrite" even though I clearly explain my reasons for why I thought it was a much funnier page than Red Bum. I am also confused as to why he has not responded in anyway to me arbitration. I thank you for your sound legal advice Sonny. That's about it. I am happy with TerminalFailure's corrections to his edits about me. I also find his apology acceptable. Thank you for being reasonable about this TerminalFailure. Under the assumption that this behavior will not be repeated, I ask that the charges against TerminalFailure be dropped and the case withdrawn.
