Arbitration case

As far as i'm aware, there where a few people not completely happy with that case, not just you. I can't say for definate, without actualy looking at the case in-depth, but there where some things that I wasn't to sure about, that seemed rather unfair at the time. I'll just repeat here what I said in response back on LUE's wiki to make sure you see it. We know "42" is in fact the answer to "Life, the Universe, and Everything" and all that. The origin of the number "402" that we also like to make reference to is our board ID number in the GameFAQs message board system. We used to have 42 as our ID #, but then the administrator decided he wanted to make the numbering follow a more logical path. Docdead is the oldest member of the group I could find. And as to his listing on the DNR list, that is because he was a legitimate member dedicated to ransacking Pippard in order to stop it being barricaded, back when the BRRC was really a clinic, and not just a private revive point. Ironically, his services will never be needed again. Just accept it, they've decided to cave to the MSC... it's their group, their decision. 1) is covered in the FAQ, I think. In any case, the answer is yes. Inactive alts essentially do not exist for all purposes, including zerg flags.

2) Is something that's been requested before, and iirc Kevan (if not him, others) shot it down as essentially encouraging zerging by providing real time feedback about exactly what you could "get away with".

Thats not the obsolute truth of what is a 'safe' distance - I suspect it is a little more than is required. However, I've never had any trouble at this distance and it is easy enough to maintain.
