Misanthropy's Statement

As you can see from these diffs, I've actually shown a willingness to rephrase my talk comments on Cornholioo's page to remove any swearing from them, though they have been removed under the pretext of containing swearing. As such, I refuse to make absolutely any concessions to Cornholioo, and demand the following instead:

• A public apology made both on my talk page and in this arbitration page.
• Cornholioo to start parsing my name correctly.
• Cornholioo to be prohibited from posting on any pages in the UDWiki:Administration namespace for two (2) weeks.
• One (1) pint of Guinness.

I find the number of open Arbitration cases to be counter-productive to the workings of the community, as it breeds an air of contempt and hostility. I believe that a temporary ban on his ability to clog up the administration workings would allow the current crop of Arbitrations to finish (I must add that I do not wish to prevent Cornholioo from finishing his open cases) and for a clean slate to be attained once again. Furthermore, I find his arguing technique to be counter-productive to the conclusion of any and all debate, and such, wish that he be prevented from commenting on Deletions, Vandal Banning or any other pages wherein his actions may be under discussion. 20:22, 12 April 2010 (BST)

Ruling:

• User:Misanthropy may not post on User:Cornholioo's talk page for two months.
• User:Cornholioo may not post on User:Misanthropy's talk page for two months.
• This ruling extends to comments on other pages and talk pages, made by the other party.
• User: Misanthropy may still perform administrative tasks such as registering warnings on User: Cornholioo's talk page, but is advised to wait for another system operator instead.
• If User:Cornholioo wishes to make an arbitration case within the next month, it must first be approved by User:Yonnua Koponen.
