Creedy Defence Force vs. Angels of Mercy
The Angels of Mercy claim on their group page that they are allies of the Creedy Defence Force. Tryce of Thunder contests this claim and has asked numerous times for such claims to be removed (OK, got you started, off you go) -- boxy T L ZS Nuts2U DA 00:59, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Aggrieved parties: CDF vs AoM
- Reason for arbitration: AoM claimed to be allied with the CDF on their group page. After being told numerous times to remove it and even removing it for them, they still refused.
- Pages affected by aggrievement: Angels of Mercy
- I call any arbiter who wishes to overview this case as long as they are not a member of a PK group. And yes, I view AoM as a "PK Group". Tryce of Thunder 02:24, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- I could do it as well.--Gage 03:24, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- I volunteer because I keep meaning to arbitrate a case.--'STER-Talk-ModP! 03:30, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- What the heck, pick me if you like. I've got the free time. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 03:39, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I pick Atticus Rex. Does AoM agree to this? Tryce of Thunder 03:46, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- No I do not. I want Darkstar. --Aom 04:43, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Darkstar's last edit was 13 November 2006, I don't think he is still active on the wiki. -- 05:50, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- That's right. --Hubrid Nox Mod WTF U! B! 05:55, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Did he get permabanned or just pissed off about the signature stuff and then left the wiki? I couldn't find an infinite ban log of him. -- 06:15, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Regardless, who will be the arbiter? I still nominate Atticus Rex. Tryce of Thunder 06:26, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- He just left. I don't know whether he intends to come back. --Hubrid Nox Mod WTF U! B! 07:34, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

- Just provide a list of arbiters that you will accept, Aom -- boxy T L ZS Nuts2U DA 07:11, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Headless Gunner.--Aom 13:17, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Headless Gunner is part of CGR, and completely hates the CDF and would side with AoM in a minute, regardless of evidence.--—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Tryce of Thunder (talk • contribs) .
- I assume that Tryce of Thunder does not accept Aom's choice of arbitrator. Could each of you provide a list of several, maybe 4 or 5, people you would like to arbitrate this case? It might provide one or two common choices. -- 17:32, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

Cyberbob then.--Aom 17:39, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Cyberbob is a former CDF member...--Gage 17:43, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- All the more reason for Tryce to trust him. --Aom 18:09, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- ... he didn't leave on good terms though. I can only see a conflict of interest here. Why don't you pick someone who was never involved with any of these groups?--Gage 18:16, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Because I don't trust anyone else. Look at all the wiki mods who jumped on HG's resolution to have the CDF marked as a PKer group when they clearly are a PKer group. They have a kill list, they go about killing people who aren't listed as a PKer on either Resens or Brainstock, and yet somehow virtually everyone who weighed in on the matter who has more wiki power than someone who just signs up sides with the CDF. --Aom 18:50, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Aom, one of the reasons I put my hand up is that I have no connection with either of you, in-game or on the wiki. I wouldn't have offered to serve if I had; that's a conflict of interest. I have no opinion about whether CDF should or should not be a PKer group. If you want to reject me, that's your right; out of the 42 names up there, though, I am sure you can find someone who similarly isn't and hasn't been involved with either CDF or AoM. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 19:31, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- Also, I'm not a sysop. I have no power here whatsoever. :D -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 19:33, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

It doesn't matter anymore, they are no longer identified as allies in our wiki page, Tryce can dry his tears, and Shantzman can stop vandalizing our page. --Aom 19:50, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
- It does matter, since you claim to support us, and unless "supporting" means "killing", you aren't supporting us. Tryce of Thunder 23:55, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
You guys need to pick someone and quit wasting our time. Many unbiased and qualified people have volunteered (including myself). If you can't agree on someone, please, just drop it now.--Gage 00:07, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Well, it's not absolutely imperative to remove that "we strongly support CDF" thing, so I am willing to drop it. If they wish to continue, I will do so, but I'd rather not. Tryce of Thunder 00:25, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Christ, I'll take it. I've looked it over and I think this would be an interesting case, do you each accept?-Darth Cheney Malton Rangers 04:02, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Doesn't seem any reason to continue. --Aom 04:22, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Stop dicking around AoM, or I'm going to edit the NPoV section of your group page to reflect the dishonest nature of the info that often appears on your page. And don't act dumb, put forward, or accept, a neutral arbiter and get on with it -- boxy T L ZS Nuts2U DA 07:48, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
- Stop dicking around boxy and read what Tryce wrote. I'll even quote it for you so you won't have to put any effort into it. "Well, it's not absolutely imperative to remove that "we strongly support CDF" thing, so I am willing to drop it. If they wish to continue, I will do so, but I'd rather not." So there's no reason to continue. --Aom 17:24, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

Tryce of Thunder said he is willing to drop it and it appears that Aom concurs with Tryce, so it seems that this arbitration case is over. -- 17:34, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
