Cyberbob vs TerminalFailure
His inability to indent replies properly has transcended mere noobishness. It is really goddamn annoying to have to read through shit like this and sort out just who is talking to who - it completely breaks the flow of conversations. He has been asked by other users time and time again not to; these requests have been completely ignored.
tl;dr - I want him to start formatting his replies properly. --Cyberbob DORIS CGR U! 17:11, 30 March 2008 (BST)
I'd rather just have a discussion with him and explain the proper use of indents and why it is important to use them, rather than the potential for him being vandal banned for simply not indenting. However, I'll put my name forward for this case and see if we can simply work this out in discussion. --Akule School's in session. 19:39, 30 March 2008 (BST)
A user with any sense would leave me a message, but no...I accept Akule on the basis of his suggestion here. --TerminalFailure 21:56, 30 March 2008 (BST)
- /me throws his hate in the ring --Sonny Corleone RRF DORIS MSD MOB pr0n 23:47, 30 March 2008 (BST)
- /me ignores the vitrol and rejects the offer --TerminalFailure 23:59, 30 March 2008 (BST)
- Terminal, you've been told countless times in conversations already. Look on your talk page; notice all those "Learn to indent"s?
- Anywho, I accept Akule. --Cyberbob DORIS CGR U! 05:46, 31 March 2008 (BST)
Discussion
Before we start, I'd like TerminalFailure to review a few pages so as to familiarize himself with what the accepted form of conversations should look like. The following contains a guideline to good practices toward indentation and this talks about flow of conversations. You'll be practicing this during this arbitration, as we go through the natural course of conversations. After Cyberbob makes his post below, you'll have to reply to him using what you read in order to create a flowing conversation. --Akule School's in session. 23:53, 31 March 2008 (BST)
My basic reason for starting this case? Annoyance and frustration that he should be so completely ignorant of how to edit as well as his stubborn refusal to amend his behaviour (he has been asked before - repeatedly). Examples include this edit, this conversation and this gigantic mess which defies classification. --Cyberbob DORIS CGR U! 06:48, 1 April 2008 (BST)
- Thank you, Cyberbob. Terminal, your response? Please reply to Cyberbob as per the guidelines we already outlined. --Akule School's in session. 20:59, 1 April 2008 (BST)

- I'm still waiting for Terminal. He doesn't seem to want to participate. --Akule Maker of fine, hand-crafted UDWiki sass since 2006 -- Akule School's back in session™ 20:13, 6 April 2008 (BST)
- And he's banned again. Sounds like we are going to have to close this arbitration as he is not going to be back for a month. We can reopen it then if needed. That work for you, Cyberbob? --Akule Maker of fine, hand-crafted UDWiki sass since 2006 -- Akule School's back in session™ 22:49, 8 April 2008 (BST)
Resolution
Closed without conclusion due to Terminal's unexpected break. We'll reopen it if needed when he returns. --Akule Maker of fine, hand-crafted UDWiki sass since 2006 -- Akule School's back in session™ 01:13, 9 April 2008 (BST)
- And he's been banned for another month. It seems like he isn't planning on coming back, so I am going to move this to the archive. Another one can be created if the problem persists if/when he comes back. --Akule Maker of fine, hand-crafted UDWiki sass since 2006 -- Akule School's back in session™ 22:18, 13 May 2008 (BST)
