Mia Kristos
Mia is just a package of awesomeness wrapped up in a bow with a side of chips. And I'll fight any many who says otherwise. She'd be disgustingly impartial and fair, which I would probably find irritating from time to time.--Jorm 21:47, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- I, for one, accept our new overlord. -Nubis 21:49, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- Yes, please. She'll get the work done. -Craw 21:52, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- I've only known she existed for about a week, so, I'm gonna have to say no for now. --Zaruthustra-Mod 21:54, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- Dear god, I hope she's not some random loser in disguise. I'll vouch for her though. --Mia Kristos 21:56, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- I vouch for Mia.--Denzel Washington 21:57, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- Hells Yeah! Mia is the evil tyrannt we need here.--Irishmen 21:58, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- I'll vouch for her. --Lucero Capell 22:38, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- I have to say No until I see her in action aside from what I've personally experienced. (I'm sure the feeling is mutual.) -- Amazing 23:41, 5 April 2006 (BST)
- Re: Well, it's a good thing no one takes you seriously. --Jorm 00:32, 6 April 2006 (BST)

- Just a standard questionnaire... -- Odd Starter talk • Mod • W! 01:15, 6 April 2006 (BST)
- What Moderator duties do you see yourself focusing on, as a rule?
- A: Being nominated, I hadn't given it much thought. I would be more than willing to help settle disputes, and keep the various moderation paged going, and help out where asked. You know, the usual modly things.
- How do you react to criticism online?
- A: Honestly? Depends on the critism. I always react to constructive critism well, but non-constructive critism really depends on what mood I'm in. Everybody has thier bad days, and I'm no exception. I do try and recognize this in other people though.
- What is your current attitude to the moderators, as a group?
- A: I haven't seen much of the moderators, due to the places in the Wiki I usually inhabit. I know I was helped out recently when one pointed out that I'd place a speedy deleteion requestion on the wrong page. I have seen Zaruthustra, and I find him to be amusing and helpful.
- Have you had any previous position of responsibility in any other online communities, and if so, elaborate?
- A: Twisted Worlds - I hold the position of Super Moderator there, and have helped the webmaster in numerous projects. I'm sure he'll vouch for me. I'm also a mod on the RRF Forums, but this was a recent promotion, and I don't think it holds as much weight.
- What Moderator duties do you see yourself focusing on, as a rule?
- I dont believe her work at present shows sufficient interest in maintaining the community. Almost everyone has reverted vandalism, tidied up pages, referred pages to the speedy deletions page and made a couple of pages. Her work just doesnt stand out in my opinion, and until then i dont see why any form of special courtesy, such as the bestowing of modship, should be shown towards her. --Grim s 10:17, 6 April 2006 (BST)
- I honestly don't know. She seems prompt enough, but I have yet to see a true leadership trend. MaulMachine 15:59, 6 April 2006 (BST)
- In the two and a half weeks Mia Kristos has been active on this wiki, she made an favorable impression on me, but 16 Days is quite a short time to judge somebody on, and while her behavior confirms to me that she is a experienced person who might very well be a fine moderator here, I feel it would be advisable for her to wait a little longer so the overall community here will get to know her better. So they can see wether she continues this way or for some reason or another would be unsuited. (aviable time for this wiki, a change of interest, etc.)--Vista W! 19:27, 6 April 2006 (BST)
- You know, screw it. I'll support her. Worst case scenario she's actually a megalomaniac and we just revert her actions and ban her. She seems nice enough and we really need moderators. --Zaruthustra-Mod 04:55, 7 April 2006 (BST)
- I'm going to say no for the moment. Firstly, she did not initiate this, someone else did. Secondly, she barely has the required 2 months experience as defined in the rules above. She's also been creating stub location pages (although with really good maps on some of them) and double redirects. She could benefit by reading the policies on this wiki, particularly the Location Style Guide. I'm not against her being a moderator, but not until she has some more experience. --Nov W!, Talk 13:03, 7 April 2006 (BST)
- Withdrawn - After some long thought on the matter, I've decided "Not today folks!" Abort|Retry|Fail --Mia Kristos 03:00, 8 April 2006 (BST)
- Re: Crap, I was gonna change my vote. You did this just to spite me! Ahh, they're all out to get me! Ahh! AHHHH! *hides in a box* -- Amazing 06:20, 8 April 2006 (BST)
