Excessive Bullying. Cosistantly comes into convos not concerning him - AND not warrenting "Mod intervention" - to repeatedly insult and troll me. (I'm sure he has other flaws, but of course I'm just relating what specifically concerns me.)
Most recent case. Most evidence was of course cleared in the recent log deletion. I think it speaks for itself that Zaru has made the "Anything Amazing posts will be deleted" claim. Straight up bullying of one singled-out outspoken user through the threat of abusing the Wiki. (It's abuse if you're going to remove info based on the poster rather than the content.)
I don't expect anything to come of this. Had it been me, however, I'd be De-Modded as we all know.

- "There is, however, an exception to this rule - excessive bullying, or attempts to treat the status of moderation as a badge of authority to force a moderator's wishes on the wiki may also come under misconduct." Read the rules sometime, Zar. -- Amazing 02:53, 12 April 2006 (BST)
- Regarding the edit to my page, it seems Amazing thinks Moderators shouldn't have a sense of humor, which is all that is. --Mia K (sotss) 02:32, 12 April 2006 (BST)

PS Lucero Capell, you have my solid vote for mod if it ever comes to that. MaulMachine 00:37, 13 April 2006 (BST) This seems fairly clearly Zaruthustra assisting a fellow user in enforcing an edict on their own user page. Since Zaruthustra does not appear to be deleting your comments on any other page, I suspect that you are taking his comments out of context. -- Odd Starter talk • Mod • W! 02:54, 12 April 2006 (BST)
- Mia was more then capable of doing that herself, so Zar's injection seems to be more than a simple assist. It's purely repeated bullying. As I said, I didn't expect anything ethical to be done here. -- Amazing 02:59, 12 April 2006 (BST)
- It occurs to me that it's not Zaru that's doing the bullying here. It's a bit of a stretch to say that he's consistently bullying you when in fact the only evidence that currently exists is a single edit to a User page, of which the owning user has explicitly stated that your comments are no longer welcome, especially when the stated reason that the owning user has explicitly stated that your comments are no longer welcome is because you yourself have been bullying her. At any rate, bullying as a Misconduct is primarily an attempt to use moderation abilities (or the threat of such) or reputation as an attempt to prevent others from making their will manifest, and I find nothing here that matches that description. He has not, anywhere so far as I know, made any implication that failure on your part to perform as he wishes would result in Zaru using his moderation abilities in a negative way against you. Thus, I see no reason for this to be here. -- Odd Starter talk • Mod • W! 04:45, 12 April 2006 (BST)
- I'ma make a mad prediction here. In a few minutes, Cap'n Fant- I mean, Amazing will come in and say something similar to the following:

- If I had any position to bully Zar, you might have a point. As it stands I was talking to Mia, and he came into it. No statement can be made that I've bullied Zar - well, it can, but it's got no base in reality. The most I can do is voice my concerns. I don't know if anyone recalls Zar threatening to ban me and someone else because we were having a heated discussion on one of these Moderation pages, calling it a "little game". An actual Moderator verbally reprimanded Zar for it. The history's gone, but I'm sure people involved recall that, so I'm sorry but it's clear to me that he has a pattern of using his abilities as a sort of "you shut up now" trump card. (Granted, in a very limited amount of cases.) I'm not sure if this is your "ruling" but I assume so. As for you not seeing a reason for it to be here, I refer you to the rules you just edited and the aforementioned past behavior coupled with this "banner" that may have been in good faith, but is - even to you, I'm sure - an obvious chime-in that wouldn't have occurred if it concerned a user he did not personally dislike. That's why it's here. If I'm to assume that the ruling is "Zar rocks" then I guess let's move on. -- Amazing 04:57, 12 April 2006 (BST)~
- My ruling is that there seems to be no real evidence to indicate that Zaruthustra has been bullying you in the Misconduct sense of the term either in this case, nor in a more general case on the wiki, thus this Misconduct ends in a Not Guilty. In deference to what appears to be evolving into current practice I will wait for another Mod to officially corroborate the ruling. -- Odd Starter talk • Mod • W! 04:27, 13 April 2006 (BST)
- "Note: The above is not true. Yet again the moderation team falls down the job. Bad moderator, bad. Peons. --Amazing" --Lucero Capell 04:53, 12 April 2006 (BST)
This just looks like Zaruthustra showing someone how to make a little banner that they can use on their talk page. At worst Zaruthustra is promising to help delete unwanted content on another user's talk page, because that user wants him to. This is in no way or form "abuse". --Spiro 03:25, 12 April 2006 (BST)
- Oh well. Yeah, I'm sure he was showing her how to make a little banner. -- Amazing 03:26, 12 April 2006 (BST)
- Just giving an instinctive, outsider's view of it. That really is all it looks like. But as I say, at the very worst case he's offering to edit someone's talk page in a way that they want him to. This is not abuse. Come back if he puts this banner on anything other than the talk page of a user who wanted it to be there. --Spiro 03:31, 12 April 2006 (BST)
- K, does that apply to anything entirely created to antagonize me (for lack of better wording) or just this banner specifically? Look at this as a theoretical question, if you will. -- Amazing 03:33, 12 April 2006 (BST)~
