The old one is "official" by precedent of history but, Animesucks running it kinda makes the point that it's no longer so. He shouldn't have taken the ownership but as a temporary thing considering that hagnat and myself were both in the channel semi-regularly at the time. No offence taken. I am fully aware that Kevan has nothing to do with IRC. We are talking about how the channels are recognised by UDWiki, which is his field, hence his obvious right to veto any affiliation whatsoever. Until that happens, I don't think it is unfair to assume that sysops should have some preference over 4 ghost users, two of which, quoted, "Only attend the channel so they can abuse their power", and another who turns a blind eye to it all because he doesn't care.
