A private in the quarantine zone, Blinkin is attacked and killed soon after his deployment and becomes a member of the undead horde in Malton. Wandering around Huntley Heights, he finds evidence of a great horde of undead zethren called the Ridleybank Resistance Front, and he eventually joins up with the EXCURSION in Santlerville.

A former beat cop with MPD, Zane couldn't hack the new department's training regimen. After being killed by zombies twice, he stocked up on ammo and got the hell out of the hot zone. There is some indication that he may not be entirely stable following his latest revive.
