The report was obtained by Channel 4 News Team anchorman Brick Tamlin. I just don't know what the hell we should expect next from this psycho. All we know is that he claims membership with the obscure order of scholars known as the Philosophe Knights. His attacks seem to be random and he will kill at the drop of a hat. We have no clue what he looks like due to the fact that he wears a white mask with what appears to be a star over the left eye. Nor do we know where he hides. Witness' have claimed that he wears a red glove on his right hand and surveillance cameras have caught images of him in a worn and ragged black coat. He should be considered armed and dangerous. If he's not stopped soon, more lives will be lost.
