Stanbury Renegades edit war
The Renegades stay on the Stanbury Village page because they are a historical group. Historical groups remain on the suburb page. Sonny Corleone WTF 22:50, 26 June 2006 (BST)
- They can remain on the suburb page, yes, but not in the list of active groups. --Astram Loccasin 23:26, 26 June 2006 (BST)
- There was already an arbitration case about this in the past. Historical Groups stay on a page no matter what. They're there for historical reference. I've already spoke to Bonefiver and I said I would not get involved with your group again. Please stop now. And it's not active groups, it's known groups. The Renegades are a known group from there. Sonny Corleone WTF 23:29, 26 June 2006 (BST)
- Could you please provide a link to said arbitration case? And is a group a group if it's dead? --Astram Loccasin 23:32, 26 June 2006 (BST)
- I don't know where it is. I'm a bit busy to go searching through a bunch of cases. And dead groups are removed. Not historical. There is a seperate category for Historical Groups. Sonny Corleone WTF 23:34, 26 June 2006 (BST)
- Busy? You have got to be kidding me, you hang around the wiki 24/7, and as soon as someone tries to redo anything you have done you have a hissy fit. And I guess you're the one that decides wether a group is historical or not? No I won't stop. If I was new to Stanbury Village and checked the wiki I would like some correct and up to date information, and The Renegades are not active, hence they do not belong in the group list. If an old arbitration case states that historical groups are to stay then I'd like to bring that up for discussion.
- And my search for historical groups came up with nothing. Check it out yourself: http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php/Category:Groups. Historical groups? Nowhere to be found. And another little thing, you're not getting involved with a group, you're getting involved with me. And I don't like you so expect me not to drop this anytime soon. --Astram Loccasin 23:46, 26 June 2006 (BST)
Look further down under Subcategories. And I know of the case. Koppie vs. Sonny Corleone. Both parties, including arbitrator Karlsbad, agreed that only groups staying in a suburb (not invaders) and historical groups remain on a suburb page. Sonny Corleone WTF 23:50, 26 June 2006 (BST)
- Well, my bad on not seeing historical groups I guess, so one point to you in that regard. But that's not really the issue here, is it? Nope. The issue is if a historical group should be on the active list. I say not. You say yes and thereby spreading false information on the wiki. And looking through the case of Koppie vs. you it says absolutely nothing about historical groups on suburb pages or my Ctrl-F is broken. You are trying to divert attention again, as seems to be your way... Karlsbads additions aren't really saying anything either. I have yet to see something that says that historical groups can be on the active list. Your additions does not count. I'm waiting. --Astram Loccasin 00:12, 27 June 2006 (BST)
- It was removed to a talk page. Forgot the user's name. They brought up the fact that the Reclamation forces and Renegades were on the Stanbury page and it was said that they belong because one is historical and the other is real. The General is looking at this and is deciding in my favor. Sonny Corleone WTF 00:15, 27 June 2006 (BST)
- How nice of the General to say beforehand what he will decide. --Astram Loccasin 00:40, 27 June 2006 (BST)
- I know. It's quite lovely. Sonny Corleone WTF 00:41, 27 June 2006 (BST)
- Be sure to notify me within a day or so or I'll go back and edit it again. --Astram Loccasin 00:45, 27 June 2006 (BST)
- I don't have time for this silliness, no matter how much I enjoy strife. I edited the suburb page again and I think even you will be satisfied with this version. The information is correct and still displays the historical group(s) of the suburb. --Astram Loccasin 01:05, 27 June 2006 (BST)
- Precident is on Sonny Corleone's side, unless you can come up with a pretty good reason for it not being on the page, he's safe. Still, can't see what's wrong with having it marked as historical.--The General T Sys U! P! F! 01:19, 27 June 2006 (BST)
- I have still to see an example of said precedent. --Astram Loccasin 01:45, 27 June 2006 (BST)
Vandalism warning
Please do not vandalise this wiki. If you continue this behaviour, you may be banned from editing the wiki.--'STER-Talk-ModP! 23:35, 11 June 2006 (BST)
- Now that was fast. I'm impressed. But I'm curious as to how my writing could be considered vandalism?--Astram Loccasin 23:40, 11 June 2006 (BST)
