Evacuating? Bad idea. Usually those who want a suburb to evacuate are PKers. If you don't know it already, the survivors always stay and fight unless they're cowards. You, my friend, has ran away from a fight before it even began. Besides, the survivors have pulled through rough times before. Whatmore has been sieged for I don't know how many times.
