I had the same thought, truth be told, but I don't have a clue as to how to fix it. Placing the community announcements below the text, makes it also more balanced. without reducing the visabilaty of community announcements. As it's adding and removal doesn't change the lay out there It also has a more natural feel. I hope the change still qualifies as a "tweek" If not.. (sorry)--Vista 16:11, 14 June 2006 (BST)
