Question About Images
Hi there. I was just curious about some of the images you've recently uploaded to the wiki. They all seem to look like white rectangles and they have names like "980 x 230 gif.png". What are you trying to do with these images? Maybe I can help.--GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 14:02, 11 December 2010 (UTC)
I was trying to load some photos for the group but i think they might be the wrong format or maybe to big i'll try to fix it later the pics for the first group i made came out okay as far as i can tell.I'm still new to this though so who knows.
- The image names are gif.png so I wonder if the format/image types have been mixed or it is flipping out because of all the dashes and spaces and dots in the image name. When you upload it next time, figure out which image type they are (png or gif), save the images like myimage.png or myimage.gif first where there are no weird dashes, spaces and periods, and then upload those images. - I was able to correctly upload the images you wanted. I'm pretty sure the problem was with the dashes in the names. Just to repeat what MHS said, you'll get much better results if you rename your images to something simple and descriptive before uploading them to the wiki. Here are the links to your images.

I notice that you've replace all content on these pages with "disbanded". Sorry to hear your group isn't taking off right away. Would you like to keep the pages around in case you decide to start again? If not, they should be put in queue for deletion. A sysop can do that pretty quickly. For you if you request it at UDWiki:Administration/Speedy Deletions if you decide to have them deleted. ~ 19:08, 12 December 2010 (UTC)
