Mr. Kasey,
A tremendous amount of effort has been made to get you on scene in such a short time. I hope that you can appreciate the urgency of the situation and the critical nature of the problem that we are facing. A great deal has happened in the last 72 hours and to be forthright, there is a very slim chance that the situation will be under control without massive external resources. You are, at this point, the last hope we have of handling the problem without the magnitude of this disaster becoming public.
You and you team are going to be inserted together with a small team of military resources to selected targets within the Malton area and neutralize any and all possible transmission vectors and control all potental information leaks.
All of the target locations are expecting evacuation and the cover that your team(s) will be using is that of a military evacuation unit. Resistance is unexpected as all location. Because of the somewhat fluid situation with regards to the authorities in the area, contact with actual military / police units in the Malton area is to be avoided.
The list is prioritized. It is absolutely critical that The Blackmore Building, The Cater Building, and Pitman Mansion are neutralized! The importance of these locations being rendered sterile cannot be overstated!
While it has not been confirmed, in is believed that Joseph Kline has been moving between the locations listed in Wyke Hills and Havercroft. Needless to say, if this information is accurate, this man is also a top priority.
Please make sure that all operations are completed before July 4th. At that time All operations will be suspended.
