Hello. I'm doing a check of all the groups on Dulston's Group List to see if they are still active. Is this group still active in Dulston? --[[User:The Duke of Earl|The Duke of Earl]] 14:45, 7 February 2009 (UTC)

Starlingtown & the South Paynterton Aces

Hello, Metal Fox folks.

I wish I was coming to talk to you guys about something good, but honestly, I'm not. EzriSun and I lead the South Paynterton Aces, the most active revive group in Starlingtown and Paynterton, and we're having a little trouble with one of your team members, as you can see on your forum. Here's the deal; pvthuman seems to think that it is his job to patrol the area and alter any tags that have URLs or group idents in them, as well as to change the radio frequency because he does not deem the current frequency to be "useful". We're not an uber-territorial group, but we are the only active group in Starlingtown; we rebuilt the area after the Dead came through, and it's because of us that Veryard NT is up and running. We operate 3 revive points in the area, and our URL is on those points because people can go there to request a revive. We put our tags up in buildings that we maintain (and only buildings that we maintain) because survivors looking for a group to join in Starlingtown really only have one option -- no one else is active. We've asked pvthuman to please stop, as he is wasting our time and AP, but he seems to think that what he's doing is part of some greater vision, and because he doesn't like group signifiers in tags he's fully justified in trying to change the world by overtagging.

In short, I just want him to stop wasting our damn time. We're trying to help our suburbs, and I think we're doing a good job. I'd rather be friends than bicker about petty BS like this, but apparently he'd rather bicker. I'd appreciate it if someone on your end politely asked him to stop griefing survivor groups, because honestly, he's acting like a total dick. --Diano 19:54, 28 April 2008 (BST)

This is being dealt with in the forums, but I still dont know if this is enough to class as griefing, thats why tags can be resprayed and frequencys changed. --Pvt human 23:29, 28 April 2008 (BST)
Yeah, I see it's being dealt with, and I'm glad for that, because it's tiresome. As for why I deem it griefing, it's because you persisted after being asked kindly to stop, noting that you'd just keep doing it despite the exhaspiration of others. When you go out of your way to do something that bothers other people and it does not somehow overtly benefit you to do it, that's griefing. --Diano 23:55, 28 April 2008 (BST)
If griefing is classed as annoying wouldnt spamming links be griefing also, nothing wrong mentioning your group but full links is spam to me and making tags saying "this" is your HQ is no better, whats wrong tagging something on the lines of "serviced by the aces", seems far better to me. Whats wrong with that?. --Pvt human 10:37, 29 April 2008 (BST)
Because we're not masturbating the building (check out the slang meaning of "serviced" some time), and it's got a lot of characters in it. Short words like "turf" and abbreviations like "HQ" work better. Other than you, who are we annoying? Groups in our area like the CDF appreciate that they know when they're in areas we patrol and do revives for, and say as much. Other people appreciate knowing that we're still around and active (unlike a lot of groups these days), and where to find us to get ahold of us. Just face it -- you're pretty much alone in hating URLs in tags, and you're not going to win anyone over with your completely unpersuasive argument. I'm going to say that the large number of people joining the Aces and the even larger number of people joining the forum to ask for help or just shoot the breeze denotes a majority who appreciate the links (especially those who use our links to request revives), and that the sole protestor of said links (you) indicates a vocal but lonely minority. Your group asked you to stop overtagging, no one appreciates what you're doing... you lost, dude. Just deal with it. --Diano 16:50, 29 April 2008 (BST)
All this means is that next time if I do show up (pretty unlikely if the north east holds) my visit will be somewhat quieter but more "annoying" as you call it. The word serviced was just an example but seems pretty retarded to automatically think of the worst case scenario for something, good day. --Pvt human 23:04, 29 April 2008 (BST)
I'm more of the opinion that misspelling "retarded" is retarded, but maybe that's just me. I'm not generally tagging for myself, but for my audience -- it's not like the maturity level on this game is particularly high, so I'm not putting up tags that serve as a sexual double entendre. As for your not showing up again... I can only hope. --Diano 23:56, 29 April 2008 (BST)
Thank you for pointing that out and for showing up again, you never know.--Pvt human 11:28, 30 April 2008 (BST)

Five Critics/Metal Fox

Jaydepps, we would love to join forces with Metal Fox. We were happy to assist you during The Battle of Santlerville and had many good interactions with your crew. We'd be happy to continue this relationship in the future. Please add us to your allies list. --Benzac 15:52, 28 May 2007 (BST)

KleenARMYQuébécois PROPOSAL

well i welcome you and i have a proposal im in need of soldiers, i don't know how many you are if you can help us we will provide you support(we have a lot of allies) well think about it. --Kcold 20:44, 8 April 2007 (BST)

Hey Kcold, sorry it took me so long to reply. What type of group are you? Survivor, PKer, or Zombie? We would be open to most alliances as long as they are with Survivor groups that aren't PKers. --Jaydepps 20:44, 25 April 2007 (BST)

The Grenadier Guards

As the leader of this still very, very small group, centred in the Marcellus General Hospital, I would like help with the recruitment, and I would be willing to be the specific military arm of the Metal Fox. I would prefer the looking and patrolling around Rhodenbank, and to make an attack against other suburbs when the chance comes by. Please help me. Also, please kill Doctor Poundaflesh. He keeps on attacking me. I have to defend my self, so please kill him. --The Imperialist 6:45, 2 May 2007 (GMT)

If you are willing to I would be glad to ad your group onto a subteam of my our group. What specialty would you want to serve? Also could you post a profile link for your char and his. Also, you should register for our forum and I will make your group it's own section. Jaydepps 04:51, 3 May 2007 (BST)

Please do. --The Imperialist 8:35, 3 May 2007 (GMT)

Also, can you make my group part of your group (still want some autonomy in it), so as to secure the area, and spear head attacks into other areas. I would like people with Flax Jackets, radios, pistols, shotguns, medi-packs, revivification syringe, and some people with free running skills. This would involve alot of bloodshed, but please understand. People who sides with the zombies, or who goest against us in some way has to be terminated. --The Imperialist 8:37, 3 May 2007 (GMT)

Jaydepps, there is a zombie in our HQ. please flush it out, and please rebarricade out place to very heavily barricaded, thanks. The Imperialist 15:02, 7 May 2007 (BST)

There is 3 zed outside my HQ. I killed 2 others, but I ran out of AP. Can you send somebody over to treminate them? The Imperialist 11:55, 13 May 2007 (BST)

We need a squad of men who are able to help us in Rhodenbank, as we are now probably going to be on the path of a large zombie rampage. We will give them back to you after it is safe again. The Imperialist 18:25, 22 May 2007 (BST)

Come and Get Us

Sure, we're not around for the moment, (researching information on Dulston Alliance members) but have at thee. I guess one of your reported PKers is with us now :P.

Well, anyway, I guess you guys should have fun with whatever you try to do to us... well when we get back anyway. We're partying with some friends. -- SgtBop on behalf of Maris Viridis

I hope you've enjoyed

SARG wrecking your faces off. =]

SARG wrecked nothing, except their own reputations. It should be known that they are now enemies of the HONEST pk group, Maris Viridis. -- SgtBop 20:48, 18 June 2007 (BST) on Behalf of Maris Viridis

Maris Viridis Nonaggression.

Glad to help, I was considering requesting the same. Let's work together and take down SARG. --SgtBop 20:37, 20 June 2007 (BST) on behalf of Maris Viridis

Concerning Elra

I'm sure she'd appreciate it. -- SgtBop 09:45, 24 June 2007 (BST)

You have a good point. I'll tell 'em -- SgtBop 03:10, 25 June 2007 (BST)

PDA territory

I was looking at your wiki page and realized several PDA buildings are listed as under your control. I was wondering if you could remove those buildings, as we claimed them first, and have been actively maintaining them ever since. This is not hostile in any way, just a friendly notice from one of your early supporters. The Great Suburb Group Massacre

Check-Mark-Reviewed.jpg Group Confirmed.
This group was confirmed active. Thank you for your reply.

Currently the suburb in question is Dulston but one response to this query will be all that is needed to protect your group link on all suburb pages. I know this is a may seem a stupid request but its for all groups regardless of size. Thank you. --Adavastor 11:26, 30 July 2008 (BST)

Mmhmm. They're still here. --Kikashie Read the Dispatch! 00:13, 31 July 2008 (BST)

Yea, we are still here, just a little low on numbers at the moment. We have about 4-5 faithful and two new recruits today.

NAP

The Browncoats would like to extend to you an offer to reate a Non-Agression Pact between our two groups. If you are interested, let me know. --Blanemcc 09:47, 14 September 2008 (BST)
