Suggestion Description
Survivors, desperate to escape the surface of Malton, would go underground into subways or sewers to hide. Although such places are great for zombies to mass and travel in the Under Malton, unknown to the poor survivors above.
How this would be shown, is that certain city blocks would be entry points into another system similar to Maltons Suburbs, except single paths like these: File:Underground1.jpg File:Underground2.jpg File:Underground3.jpg The empty space would just be empty. Another thing could be is that all the subways and/or sewers won't be one huge system, but made up of major and small ones, each major one having a special building.
Entry points would be made up of major and lesser entry points. Major entry points will be located near important areas, such as malls and NT locations, while lesser entry points will be near less important areas. Suvivors will be able to buricade entry points (maybe having to go to buildings to find things to use as buricades). There could be special buildings that would destroy or create buricades represented as iron doors. These buildings will hold a lot of value to both survivors and zombies, maybe more value than NT buildings.
Also if subways are chosen there could be single train cars in the middle of nowhere that can be lightly buricaded. Not that great, but epic, no? Also if there's generators or fire, there could be messages like There is a light up ahead, and you would be able to see this five blocks away.
I believe this adds another aspect that will make the game fun. Think of the scenes in zombie movies that have a hoard of zombies in tunnels, with survivors thinking their safe on the other side, then things go wrong. This would play an important role, perfect for suvivors cross country running Malton or to hide(not perfect for hiding though), or for zombies to mass in hordes and make surprise attacks. The entry points will also draw many attention by many who want to take or protect the exits.
There can be so many things to improve this and make it an even greater aspect in the game. Now off to get some sleep!
Edit: This does not need to be added to every suburb, but maybe a certain number of surburbs, for people who want to add this to the way they play, and for the people who don't.

Keep Votes
- Keep- Author vote :v --Happy 03:31, 25 August 2007 (BST)
- Keep- I like it. Adds a new dimension to the game.--DerangedFerret 20:41, 26 August 2007 (BST)
- Keep - Interesting idea. It will be more realistic, since modern cities tend to have sewer or underground rail systems. --Kazakum 03:48, 30 August 2007 (BST)
- Keep- I like it as well. --Vladimir Kosenko18.07, 31 August 2007 (BST)
- Keep- Could the railway stations lead to underground subway stations? And what about building basements?
- Keep- This is very similar to Nexus Wars, but it's still a good idea. --Themanwhocares4 14:01, 9 September 2007 (BST)
Kill Votes
- Kill This would change the game entirely, Malton is already HUGE, I don't think we need an underground to add onto it. --Kaynex 03:52, 30 August 2007 (BST)
- kill in some ways i like an underground city, but thing is this isn't dungeons and dragons.... --WanYao 23:48, 1 September 2007 (BST)
Spam/Dupe Votes
- Dupe- As much as i would love that, there is already a suggestion like that called "Underworld". --Skritz
- Re - I have just searched for Underworld and now read it. Yes it is similar, but mine won't be used the same way as "Underworld". His is more like making the city bigger, mine is just going to add another element to the game that's different, or a simpler butchered version of it, however way you view it. Also don't just kill this because it's similar. Underworld gets killed, people might still chose mine because it's simpler.. --Happy 11:20, 25 August 2007 (BST) Edit: Also the author of Underworld saw problems with his, and because mine is simpler, it is less likely to be any problems.
- Dupe - As above. --Saluton 16:21, 25 August 2007 (BST)
- Dupe - As above, plus, isn't this already covered by the freerunning skill? At least that's how I see it. Too lazy to find the link, someone else will though. --the one, the only, sushiknight (talk contribs HARD E.N.D.) 16:42, 25 August 2007 (BST)
- Re - This is not just for survivors, but for zombies too. This might actually be used more by zombies than survivors. While survivors would protect key areas, zombies will be limping, sneaking, infiltrating (whatever they do)without anyone knowing. Suburbs will fall if suvivors don't protect these key areas. As for being similar to free running, it is not. Survivors would use these as a way to travel and stay safe (or not) with no protection, but zombies are less likely to look for them. Survivors will still be vulnerable when found though. --Happy 11:43, 25 August 2007 (BST)
- Duplicate Yeah, saw it before. Pretty much the same thing. Glenstone 18:04, 25 August 2007 (BST)

- NOT a dupe This isn't a dupe. It's slightly different. However, I like the other post like 10 times better. Good try though! BoboTalkClown 21:53, 27 August 2007 (BST)
- Re - I'm not arguing, but the other one would've been a lot of work. It would've tooken a long time. Now I don't know how long it'll take to make mine, but it is likely to be shorter than Underworld's. --Happy 23:43, 28 August 2007 (BST)
- Dupe - I don't care if the two are slightly different, I still don't like this.-- dǝǝɥs oʇ ɯɐds: sʎɐʍ1ɐ! 16:54, 9 September 2007 (BST)
- Dupe of this and this, just to make all those dupe votes legal. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 00:59, 10 September 2007 (BST)
- Dupe - As above, also a functional dupe of free running. --Karekmaps?! 22:08, 10 September 2007 (BST)
