===Description===
The McGarth building, now a fire-damaged red-brick building with smoke drifting from its roof, once housed the corporate offices for several local factories. Many businesses from dog food manufacturers  to clothing stores rented out several offices and meeting rooms. The owners had a very liberal policy on who they would rent to until problems broke out when 4 upstart rap labels each held space in the complex.  After several fights and 3 reported shootings McGarth converted all of the offices into storage space and eventually closed down.
