Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Description

A fire-damaged concrete building flanked by trees.

One of several buildings all built by the same construction company. They used the same blueprints on office buildings throughout Malton.

The Clayton Building contains the Phone Mast for Williamsville, which is currently maintained by The Order Of The Unconquered Sun.

5/20/2009 You are inside the Clayton Building. The building has been heavily barricaded. Also here are Black's (50HP) and Anne Sweatwoman (50HP).A portable generator has been set up here. November 27th - Retaken by Maltel tech. Currently HB but needs a generator.
August 29th : The Deck of 52 has taken control of this building and has change the freq to 28.11
December 6 - A few days ago the M.S.L.F placed a generator in Clayton, thus allowing mobile phones to be used in Williamsville. The M.S.L.F now also maintain it and keep it operational.
23 May 2006 - Building occupied by the Pitman Pitbulls. Its extremely heavily barricaded, survivors will need to use Free Running to get in.
