- And i pick this knowing all well and good that he's yours and Iscariots buddy, i just want to prove that there is a "good ol boy" system here.--DoctorRevive 22:15, 22 May 2008 (BST)
- unlike my roomie "Kook" i don't walk away and give up, i'll ride this out to whatever ends, even though its sure to be you all deciding on your behalf and feeding the ego's of Wiki bullies...--DoctorRevive 22:16, 22 May 2008 (BST)
- Can it with the melodrama. If you're so sure Axe will be biased in my favour, then pick a different arbitrator. I am not a bully, nor will I ever be one. The reason I brought this case is purely to sort out an edit dispute that I'm fed up of trying to stop through protecting the page and because noone else seems willing to. -- Cheese 22:23, 22 May 2008 (BST)
- I'll leave you the weekend to pick someone else if you think I'm biased. Comes Monday, and we'll get this case started if you don't pick someone else. I'm thinking of a close US criminal-case look-a-like for this, meaning the person who brings the case has the burden of proof, and they have to convince me beyond the reasonable doubt, and in this case, that would be 95%. Yea, yea...arbitration is like a civil case with the reasonble doubt at 50%, but if you think I'm biased I might as well make it more criminal case like...Sounds fair enough to you, DrRevive, assuming you don't pick someone else? --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 23:56, 22 May 2008 (BST)

I already stated my pick and it was you Axe, i chose you because you have been known to bud up with cheese and iscariot, i'm going to let the verdict stand for itself, because i want to see how you rule when it comes to your friends...--DoctorRevive 06:51, 23 May 2008 (BST)
- And for the record, the bully i was referring to was the individual who ran my roomie out of the wiki and when he returned to the game, has been pking him non-stop... Iscariot...--DoctorRevive 06:53, 23 May 2008 (BST)
- Before this arbitration goes any furthur, i want to calify an issue, that i'm sure is going to be brought up. I was the originator of the Giddings Mall Tunes. I found a funny song about a mall under seige from zombies and felt it was in the spirit of this game and the situation. Others felt it was a window to jack it up and screw it up. I gave it up to the mindless unoriginal fools. My Roomie "Kook" is a hothead and created his wiki account to "stand up" for me, even though i felt it was done, i am also aware from reading posts that he claimed that it was his creation... All i can say is he misspoke and it was not right. He picked up the fight about the giddings war and gave it up because he felt it was usless due to wiki bias... he was going to give up playing as well, but after a week I convinced him that even if the wiki had soured him he should still play, so he came back. He has been pked numerous times by iscariot just for hanging out in giddings, and i have been there to revive him every time. It is because of that i chose to be a good friend and pick up the fight about the truth of the giddings war. If it makes me a pariah on the wiki, so be it, but i know for a fact even cheese has had to scold iscariot over his wiki behavoir, and i just wont fold like my rommie did. I'll see this to the end and see where it goes.--DoctorRevive 07:11, 23 May 2008 (BST)

Several users have already offered to arbitrate. Please, cheese and doctor, make a list of those whom you'd accept, and then let a user who is present in both lists take the job. It serves no point to discuss on the merits of the users who agree to arbitrate. And, btw, i offer to arbitrate. --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 15:11, 23 May 2008 (BST)
Doc, when it comes to rulings, I want to see cold, hard facts. I don't care if anyone here is a buddy of mine or not. Just like in my Mock Trial class. Everyone is against each other in the class, but when we're not in class, we're like great buddies. This Arby's case is just like that now. So if you think I'm biased, then choose someone else. My criminal case reasonble doubt thing still stands as well. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 20:31, 23 May 2008 (BST)
How many times do i have to say that i choose axe before you all listen???--DoctorRevive 15:12, 24 May 2008 (BST)
- Ok, fine. Since you are adamant that he will arbitrate despite your claims that he might be biased in my favour and you continue to request him as arbitrator, you therefore waive any right to use bias as a way to overturn any ruling against you. I gave you full pick of arbitrator and you chose him. Let's get it on. -- Cheese 15:26, 24 May 2008 (BST)
- I'm sorry, but i don't waive a damn thing... I agreed on an arbitrator, period. yes, i think he's biased, but i'm going to hope that he can put that aside and do the job, if he can't then he should not be an arbitrator, hence i picked him to put him to the test. I'm not going to sit here and let you decided what i have, and have not agreed to... So far the only discussion has been who's going to arby, not my rights and what i can and can't do... If you want to start just deciding what i'm entitled to then i guess there's no point to this arbitration, because you are going to do whatever you feel like anyway... Nice to see how things really run here.--DoctorRevive 17:50, 24 May 2008 (BST)
At this point I'd like to remind the other party in this arbitration of the following;
- Arbitration only concerns wiki activities, whining about in game actions is pointless.
- This arbitration is between yourself and Cheese, it would be appreciated if you could keep your comments to the matters in hand.
- As this arbitration is between yourself and Cheese, when it goes to its own page only the participants will be allowed to post and respond unless given permission by the arbitrator, however this doesn't give you carte blanche ability to write libel about other users. That could leave you open to further arbitration cases.
- As this case concerns yourself and Cheese, only you and he are bound by the outcome, you should be aware of this before you begin to whine afterwards.

Trust me, Doc. I can be pretty neutral at times. But so you don't call me biase and want a retrial, KM, you must convince me beyond the reasonble doubt (95%). Now it's time to move this... --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 22:21, 24 May 2008 (BST)
re: tactics and mechanics, et al.
MonkeyCheeseKrazy has very eloquently argured why Head On The Beach is a tactic, as opposed to just a passive ability. But let me add a couple little points to that:
- a) if Beachhead Tactics are not a tactic, but a passive ability, then Meathshielding is not a tactic, and half the Mall Defence Manifesto has to be thrown out the window. Oh and how many other tactics based on "passive abilities" are there? Silly argument, Dr.R...
- b) Fromage du le Singe Fou got it wrong about the mechanics of 'cade blocking... One or two zombies inside a building do not activate this ability... it takes three or more... Which actually strengthens his point about the tactic requiring some coordination for it to work vs. large and coordinated numbers of defenders.
I was on a break from playing UD during the siege of Giddings... But I have been told that several times after the update, hordes of 80+ zombies broke into Giddings -- and were repelled by the coordinated efforts of survivors. So if the update were some kind of "unbeatable" force, which BagmanRahbabz whole argument seems to imply, this could never have happened.
Finally, as for the persecution complex... Give it up, that got old with the Goons months ago... --WanYao 15:29, 26 May 2008 (BST)
Some extra stuff I need to make clear=
- Iscariot is not my buddy. I am not defending him or hiding him behind me.
- I took you to arbies because you are the main instigator in the edit war. Iscariot helped, but you were the one doing all the reverting for your side.
- Most of your defense is "OMGZ! He isn't bein fare! Teh sysopz is bein mean to me! Ohnoes!! Hes bein biased!! :( !!!!1!!11!!!1!!" As has been mentioned several times, Iscariot is not part of this case. As a result, the outcome will not affect him. If you really want to nail Iscariot make an arby case against him. -- Cheese 00:17, 28 May 2008 (BST)
