Frye Alley Police Department

Description

Formerly run by the Legion of the Octopope, the MTDR have since made the building their headquarters. They allow survivors to take refuge here, and it is normally powered and with a radio. Umbrella's Blue Team and members of the CAPD can usually be found here as well. The citizens of Foulkes Village often refer to this area as the "safest place in Malton". To date, nobody has been killed, no generator had been destroyed, doctors are always on call, and it has never been ransacked since the MTDR have moved in. Generators are usually kept running, radio is available for survivor use.

Barricade Policy

The MTDR has set a barricade policy of VS+2 for this building. Anyone who breaks this rule is usually scolded, and survivors work to bring cades back down.

History

Founded by the City of Malton when Foulkes Village was annexed by the city.

-MTDR moved in on July 29th, 2009.

-In October 2009, the MTDR successfully defended the station from the Undeadites, even going as far as defending the Etheldreda General Hospital nearby.

First Undeadites Invasion of Foulkes Village

Early Warning Signs

The first signs of invasion were noted around the same time by both the CAPD and MTDR. The Undeadites had marked Foulkes Village as their next target after breaking off from an RRF attack force, which moved north. The CAPD and MTDR began to collaborate and plan an evacuation procedure. This procedure was a fair success in the Southwestern portion of Foulkes, and New Arkham served as an emergency retreat point in case things got out of hand.

The Invasion

The Undeadites moved into Foulkes Village after aiding the RRF in their School's Out for Barhah tour. Their first order of business was to invade all of the resource buildings. Etheldreda was one of the first buildings hit. The CAPD attempted to fortify the hospital, but when their station fell, Etheldreda was easily sieged. After Umbrella Corporation had Blue Team regenerate power, they were quickly decimated by zombies. The remaining members received aid from the MTDR, who worked to revive Blue Team. Together, they made the hospital a safe haven, survivors setting up a necessary healing station. Once the Undeadites left, the hospital became a prominent resource building, now with a generator and healthy amount of survivors. < br style="clear: both" />
