Mayor of Malton/2010/Primaries

The 2010 Mayoral race in the city of Malton has seen a surge in new political parties forming, but has also seen the return of two largely successful parties from the previous election - the incumbent Zombiecratic Party, and the oppostion Humanitive Party. As both parties have seen multiple candidates placing themselves in the running for their party's representative, a primary election is to be held to determine the Zombiecratic and Humanitive election candidates.

Voting

Voting begins at 00:00 GMT on Tuesday 15th June (01:00 BST). Each individual will be able to place one (1) vote in each of the two primaries - so one vote for a Zombiecratic nominee, and one for a Humanitive nominee. Voting will close at 00:00 GMT (01:00 BST) on Tuesday 22nd June, at which time the mayoral election will begin.

All votes must be cast using a hash (#) and a time-stamped signiture (~~~~), meaning the only valid votes must be of the format #~~~~ or #Comment ~~~~. Invalid votes may be struck by any member, though the voter receiving the striking should be notified on their talk page.
