It's nice to see how you always come up with 'conclusions' while you never actually elaborate and then claim to be 'right'. And no, accusations and swearing doesn't help to prove your point DDR. I admit that I knew the image was on the page. I admit that it was bad faith. Though who says that it's impossible that I didn't just coincidentally picked a name of a picture that was already on the wiki, didn't read the warnings that said it was on his page and uploaded it? Not reading warnings happens all the time, even terms of use are often not read. People simply see the upload or agree button and click. Furthermore, creating images on this wiki that already existed happens all the time, so why can't it be coincidence in this case? Ok, it isn't the most standard name, but in court, 99% proof is not proof. At the moment 99% proof is considered proof, then you get all kinds of nasty stuff like innocent death sentences, innocent life enprisonment, etc. How does it feel hearing that from a nazi? And then now you can explain me why in DDR-land people get sentenced for misreading a page and coincidentally picking a name that already existed. This is clearly a loop. Though, given the strong feasibility of vandalism, I would probably have given a soft warning for this myself, I wouldn't have given a 'full' warning because in Generaloberst-land 99% proof isn't proof. The only proof you have is my confession that I knew an image with that name was on the page and read the warnings.
