A dominating figure at 6'5, this broad-shouldered, burly Irishman with firey red hair has a spark in his eyes, showing his willingness to fight for what he believes in.
History
Born and raised in Malton, this powerful man of Irish descent was a member of the Malton Fire Department before the outbreaks, following his immigrant father's footsteps. Staying to assist in the evacuation of citizens from Malton, Peter was trapped following the sudden quarantine, just days before his scheduled evacuation. Resigned to his fate, he began to assist survivors in barricading their homes, gathering supplies, and defence against the building threat. He watched as Malton fell around him: the infighting of local survivor groups, the stupidity of many, the corruption and abuse of those in power, and the lack of coordination in fighting together, all gathering to feed the numbers of the undead.
It was then that Peter found himself in the Skarin Row Police Department. He heard the inane chatter that surrounded him, the ramblings of a ridiculous cult, completely blind to the people struggling to hold the city together around them. He could no longer stand for their ignorance. While assisting those in need nearby, Peter met Kalenium. The simple phrase, "This place is going to hell," expressed a common understanding of the situation that Peter had not yet seen. He spoke further with Kalenium, and found she was a member of the Flowers of Disease, a group which saw the downfall of Malton just as he had, and chose to educate those deemed harmful to the survival of the many.
And it was with these like-minded partisans that he returned to Skarin Row, like the founding members of the Flowers of Disease had years before him, casting out the detritus of Malton. He was reborn...an educator, a defender of the just and right, a servant to rebuilding Malton.

- Shopping (Player may choose which stores to loot, when searching a mall.)
- Bargain Hunting (Player is 25% more likely to find something when searching a mall.)
- Body Building (Player has a maximum of 60 Hit Points instead of 50.)
- Tagging (Player's spraycans last longer. XP bonuses are awarded for tagging certain buildings.)
- Construction (Player is able to build barricades, repair machinery and restore ruined buildings.)
- Radio Operation (Player is able to broadcast within the restricted 26.00-28.00 MHz range.)
- Headshot (If the player delivers a killing blow to a zombie, it must spend an extra 5AP to stand up.)
Zombie
- Vigour Mortis (Zombie gets +10% to hit with all non-weapon attacks.)
- Neck Lurch (Zombie gets an extra +10% to hit with bite attacks.)
- Death Grip (Zombie gets an extra +15% to hit with hand attacks.)
- Rend Flesh (Hand attacks deal an extra 1 damage.)
- Tangling Grasp (If the zombie hits with hands, its further attacks on that victim are at +10% to base attack until it loses its grip.)
- Memories of Life (Zombie is able to open doors to buildings.)
- Lurching Gait (Zombie can walk as fast as the living.)
- Ankle Grab (Zombie only spends 1AP standing up.)
