Santlerville is a suburb of Malton, located in the northeast of the city. The suburb contains one of the last, and possibly the greatest, bastions of commercialism left within Malton: Dowdney Mall.

During the dot-com boom of the 1990's, Santlerville saw a sharp increase in white-collar jobs. When the bubble burst, commercial development in the suburb stalled, though the towers and office buildings remained as new industries took hold. Dowdney Mall, one of the very last malls to be built before the outbreak, was built at the start of this "commercial era", opened in 2001 during a massive gala to celebrate the reinvigoration of the suburb. The young urban professionals that worked here didn't move in, but they had an increased incentive to hang around when the nightclubs began appearing.

Buildings of interest within the suburb, other than Dowdney Mall, include St. Columbanus's Hospital [74,24], at the centre of Santlerville, which can see regular zombie activity because of the nearby mall, NT Building and revive point.

Additionally, SW Santlerville can see regular zombie activity because of its proximity to Huntley Heights and Randallbank, with the principally targeted buildings being Dennis Row Fire Station (as it is an entry point) and St. Matthew's Hospital. Luckily, the head-quarters for the NE division of the Malton Fire Department are at the adjacent Burrough Row Fire Station.

The mall is under attack. Very few survivors alive in Dowdney, but not many zombies either. Easily retakeable. I'm changing the status to moderately dangerous. --Justin 00:39, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

At the moment, 4 terrorist groups are known to be responsible for the Samhain Slaughter 3 inside Dowdney Mall: Red Rum, Philosophe Knights, Legends of Darkness, and the Columbine Kids. More names will be added when more information is turned up. Or when the murderers decide to claim their own responsibility. -- Kittithaj 19:45, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

November 1st

So far there has been no sign of PKing in the Dowdney Mall, atleast in the bottom right corner. However, Halloween isn't over everywhere yet. --Justin 03:52, 1 November 2009 (UTC)

25.96 MHz: "... flying over Santlerville, can see thirty or so on the streets ... mostly just small groups ... a lot of lights on, looks the area's been reclaimed ... only a few buildings damaged though ... the Hall Building is being held ... the Dewes Building ..."

--Ryan Rocksmith 14:42, 1 November 2009 (UTC)

One of those damaged buildings is the Dewes Building, which was reported ruined by a mob of 20 zombies on the local radio. There was also another warning of murderous psychopaths converging on the Dowdney Mall, preparing to strike down survivors, to sacrifice them to their accursed god, Samhain. -- Kittithaj 19:42, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
UPDATE Ominous poetry has just been heard over the local radio. The rumor is true; Samhain Slaughter 3 hit Dowdney Mall! -- Kittithaj 20:22, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
Numerous PKers and a few zombies in Dowdney and nearby buildings. Due to "dirt napping" tactics, approximately half of the PKers are at 30 HP or less. - Subotei's Crotch 22:44, 1 November 2009 (UTC)

October 31st

Earlier today, there was a warning over the local radio of the impending Samhain Slaughter 3 in Dowdney Mall. Survivors were advised to search around the area, light up dark buildings, and kill all criminals they find. It remains to be seen if this warning is true, and most importantly, if survivors heed the advice and successfully prevent the Slaughter with preemptive strike of their own. -- Kittithaj 21:02, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

Recent radio broadcasts seems to indicate a schism within the Dead Bunnies group. A new group, called the Renegade Rabbits, led by the Bunnies' second in command, wwwolf, has broken free from M4rduK's control. Their goal is to go back to their zombie roots and destroy everything in Santlerville, including the Dribbling Beavers. M4rduK himself tried to stop this coup d'etat attempt, rallying loyal follower to "stay the true path" of being human, but failed. He was killed and his name was crossed out from the updated Dead Bunnies page.

It is unclear if all those events actually happened as broadcasted. Until more evidences surface, skeptical listeners might view them as media stunts, all ruses manipulated so that M4rduK can retire, and the Dead Bunnies can return to their rampages once again. -- Kittithaj 23:16, 24 October 2009 (BST)

UPDATE: Today, DTangent, former Dead Bunnies member, denounced both groups, and announced his own new group consisting of himself, his "wife" calista griffin, and his apprentice Jack Heins. Calista, however, quickly countered this claim by providing an evidence showing her location in Randallbank, listening to fake broadcast claimed to be from herself. With DTangent's lies exposed, the truthfulness of this Bunnies Schism is even more questioned. -- Kittithaj 20:30, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
UPDATE: The situation of the Bunnies Schism is still unclear. Only one radio conversation between the Dead Bunnies and the Renegade Rabbits was heard yesterday. We need reports from people who actually live in Santlerville to confirm this. -- Kittithaj 21:32, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

25.96 MHz: "... Santlerville looks clear ... lights are on across the suburb ... can't see a single ruined building either ... lights are on in Dowdney Mall ..."

Yes, this was broadcast twice.

25.96 MHz: "... Santlerville looks clear ... lights are on across the suburb ... can't see a single ruined building either ... lights are on in Dowdney Mall ..."

Not a surprise. The switching of the Dead Bunnies leave the suburb with no zombie threat. -- Kittithaj 03:17, 4 October 2009 (BST)
