History

None much worth noting, although this building is often frequented by graffiti artists looking leave a snarky comment about this building's particular namesake.

November 2015

Barricade Policy

This building is to be barricaded to Extremely Heavily barricades in accordance with the Kempsterbank Barricade Plan.

Current Status
