I did a little digging, but I didn't find anything conclusive. Despite the page mentioning a "Motogrrl", I think the person in question is actually MotorGirl. (Profile) (Wiki). Her group is listed as Caiger Mall Survivors. I suspect that Jambalaya's character Dhoomdealer was in that group with her at that time. Searching the wiki, I found some incorrectly signed status reports that she filed in March 2006 regarding West Becktown, very close to this monument. I also found a message that Rip purr left for her in the wrong place (It should have been here). Rip asks about her status reports stopping, in April 2006, which makes me wonder if some of the unsigned reports were by her too. He also tried to recruit her into his group, which makes me wonder if she had not yet joined Caiger Mall Survivors; this would make sense, given her character's March 2006 join date. It's difficult to glean further information from the wiki because edit histories were wiped in 2007 to save data storage space.

The CMS's forum is, surprisingly, still accessible, but I can't find anything relevant there. I also checked through the group's talk page and Kevan's talk archives without result. I did a websearch, and, hilariously, the AI-generated summary doesn't realize that Caiger Mall is fictional. Archive.org didn't give me anything helpful, but a more skilled researcher may have better results.

If you want further information, I would suggest using the email this user feature to contact User:Jambalaya (who seemed to know what they were talking about), User:Labla, (who edited the page, adding detail), or maybe User:Nallan (who made the previous edit to the page, which we can no longer see).
