Description
Gelasius General Hospital is the only Hospital in the suburb of Vinetown.
Internal:
You are inside Gelasius General Hospital, its empty wards criss-crossed with snapped quarantine tape.
History
Gelasius General, known locally as Glassy or the Gel, was an underfunded hospital. Working in such a deprived area meant that life expectancies were low and violence high. Its waiting rooms were crowded and Doctors had to fight a daily battle to keep Vinetown healthy.
Since the outbreak little has changed. The hospital is a haven for all survivors from the streets outside.
Since 18th July 2007 the hospital has been under the stewardship of the M.E.R.C.Y. organisation, helping out those who are new to the streets of Malton.
The Spanish Inquisition has been assisting survivors here since late 2008.
Barricade Policy
Up to VSB+2.
If fewer than three zombies are standing outside, keep the barricades at Very Strongly Barricaded, to allow access for injured survivors. If more than three standing zombies are outside, raise the barricades to EHB.
Current Status
News that is over two months old is found in Gelasius General Hospital Vinetown/Archive.
As of June 14th, 2010, there are around 2 dozen survivors inside, little to no zombies outside, lit and powering a transmitter set to 26.34 (I think). Somebody decorated a ward with a moneky's skull. WTF?
Barricades at VSB++, but SOMEONE keeps cade strafing.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Swordsmith04 (talk • contribs) 00:41, June 15, 2010.
