Imperial Command
Imperial Command is the body that makes all command and leadership decisions for the Imperium of Man. Each Agency is represented and certain valued allies may, at the discretion of Command, be granted a position as an observer on the Command Council. Imperial Command has one representative from each Agency with an overall commander who exercises final say over any Command deliberations.
All members of Imperial Command are denoted by the following badge:
Lord General Militant
Commander in Chief of the Imperium of Man in Hive Malton. Has total command power over all Imperial Agencies and may override any lesser command decisions provided those decisions do not grossly endanger that Agency and its activities. The Lord General is a position chosen by Imperial Command as a whole.

Each Space Marine Chapter is represented on Imperial Command by the respective heads of their Chapter in Hive Malton as to ensure both the interests of the Chapters are protected and give the greatest diversity of opinions and advice for Command.

Office of the Lord General Militant
The Office of the Lord General Militant is the staff that serves the current Lord General. Their main purpose is to ensure the Imperium runs smoothly and without serious issue and allows the Lord General to focus on matters of overall strategy and direction secure knowing that the specific work needing be done that falls outside of the purview of the Agencies will be handled.

The Lord Chancellor handles all matters relating to foreign affairs. This individual appoints diplomats to other groups and handles all negotiations prior to any direct talks between other group leaders and Imperial Command. In any vote before Command relating to matters of diplomacy the Lord Chancellor always has a vote that is equal in weight to the Agency heads.
Cardinal of Malton

The Cardinal fulfills two main roles. The Cardinal takes the lead on religious matters by running the Ecclesiarchy in Malton and matters relating to morale and propaganda. In any matters related to these areas in a vote before Command the Cardinal has a vote that is equal in weight to the Agency heads. The Cardinal also has power over any members of the Ecclesiarchy regardless of which agency they are assigned to.
