An Electrician starts out with a length of pipe, and a toolbox, of which you could expect a repairman to have. Electrician would go under civilian, and would start out with the Construction skill. They could get Civilian skills for 50, but then get all other skills for 150, excluding zombie skills, and the character starts out in a Pub. - Spam - Get one suggestion through before suggesting things based upon it. Or work them into a combined suggestion. Especially don't suggest things that "only work if X is passed too."
