Hey my character is latro 5 and is currently infected once he is revived may he join, I don't exactly know how to determine level but he is a scout and has free running to start with and some useful items should he be revived would you allow him to join?

Greetings SAZ, we have been operating in the Four Corners Region for several months now and have seen and benefitted from your pro-survivor deeds many times. We would like to extend a hand of friendship and offer alliance with your group. Feel free to visit our site, VZW, and add our members to your contacts as allies. We have established a revive request section on our site as well and we attempt to revive local alliance members quickly.
We have also noticed that the implementation of the new 'ruin' rules has made life slightly more challenging for the survivors of Malton. Most VZW members have equipped themselves with toolboxes and are making daily rounds of the four corners region trying to maintain buildings for survivor use. If the SAZ has developed any kind of plan to counter this newest Zed tactic, we would be interested in joining you guys in a combined effort.
